Great place for a picnic
Jul 2021 • Family
Beautiful day out of town with a touch of history, Beautiful old village with gorgeous streets to wonder around. Excellent picnic spots with shade and large tables and quaint coffee shops just around the corner for an afternoon treat.
I don’t see why dogs on leashes not allowed as this is a great family outing including dogs who are not running loose.

This park is great for adults to relax in nature like for children to find new things and new experiences new smells and adventures... also the restaurant and the coffee shop is a must to stop by and enjoy local food. I recommend it

Kids liked it
May 2018 • Family
We went with a four year old, a twelve year old and two 85 year olds: they all liked it! It’s not a massive hike at all, but even so there are benches scattered around for pit stops!
Very picturesque but a lot more could be done with the space.

Interesting village

On our way from the hotel to Fátima, we saw a sign promoting this place, we thought the name would be worth trying. When we came back, we looked for it and had the chance to visit a very nice and very well kept historical village. We visited the ecoparque, which is free, found it to be a nice walk.

A nice stop over with young children

The actual parquet is a little tired but worth a visit- I would say it took us about 30 mins to walk through as long as you allow yourself to get distracted by a few thing. The village has a few cafes and restaurants which can stretch out the visit!
