No, durante el espectáculo no. El mismo se realiza en una sala con asientos tipo auditorio, no en mesas tipo café-concert o similares. Pero una vez finalizado, creo recordar que ofrecieron una copa de despedida, donde aprovechan y ofrecen CD de fados (no recuerdo si ofrecen bebidas para la venta u otras cosas) Saludos

No gli spettacoli si susseguono ,io non ho prenotato essendoci stato in inverno e quindi in un periodo con pochi turisti,non ho idea sugli afflussi turistici negli altri periodi ,per cui dipende dai giorni che passi a Coimbra se sono più giorni puoi passare al primo giorno e informarti e se il caso prenotare

Ah se me olvidaba,los espectaculos de fado se hacen en Coimbra, en la universidad. Cuando uno comienza a bajar de ella, se encuentra una buena cantidad de restaurantes y tambien el teatro donde hacen las presentaciones de fado. es espectacular.

Buenas noches. Está en la Rua Quebra Costas, a unas cuadras del centro. El show es a las 18 horas. Hay que escribir para reservar y conviene ir temprano para conseguir buena ubicación porque hay cola. El precio incluye una copita de oporto y bizcochitos dulces al terminar el show. Por si acaso, venden CD. Buen viaje!

Hi, we did not make reservations (not sure if you can do that) but happened to be in the neighborhood about half an hour before a performance so we got tickets at the door. Then went for a restorative beer! This was in October so perhaps not as high demand. You might want to check their website to see if they do indeed take reservations. It's wonderful and am sure you will love every minute. By the way, get there early enough because there were some people turned away because of lack of seats.

Hello Kristine, You can book for the live show of Fado de Coimbra (Monday to Sunday) to 6PM ( Ticket price = 10 eur/person). You can book shows anytime by appointment, (> 8 people), from 10am (morning). All performances of Fado de Coimbra Fado in Center ® has the classic traditional Coimbra, where the voices are accompanied by the Portuguese Guitar Viola and monitoring. Even if you can’t witness the concert, don’t miss the oportunity to visit our space and get to know a little bit more about Fado from Coimbra. There are always musicians playing and rehearsing so you can change experiences and learn more about the Portuguese Guitar and this unique musical tradition. Bewtween 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. we have the “Afternoon Rehearsals” with our regular musicians. You can always pass by, watch them play and anyone that want’s to bring their own instrument is also welcome to join! At 6:00 p.m. we start our daily 50 minute long concert of Fado from Coimbra. If you are interested in attending our concert, we strongly advise you to make a reservation in order to ensure your seat.
