We booked a week vacation on Sao Miguel through Atlantivacations. Lou Victorino and his staff were exceptional and so easy to work with. They were extremely professional and accommodating throughout the ups and downs of trying to book a trip during Covid. The island surpassed all of our expectations. The tours of the island wowed us.Our driver Sam was the best. His knowledge of this beautiful island helped to create a wonderful experience. Throughout the trip we knew Atlantivacations was only a phone call away if we needed them. For a stress free travel experience we highly recommend booking with Atlantivacations.

We took two full day tours and one evening tour with hot spring that night. All the tours were with Paula who was extremely knowledgeable about the areas, the island traditions, the flora and fauna and what each site has to offer. It was truly an immersion of mind and spirit. Some areas misted it fog had a magical feel, some areas so bright with sunshine and colors of flowers and landscape. The beauty and history melding in tours that could be matched to your speed and interests. The tour company was accommodating and flexible. I do not think it could have gone any better!

My friends and I went to Sao Miguel for a 7 day girls getaway. We booked our trip through Atlantivacations. Where do I begin...everything was top notch! Our guide Paula was amazing, besides having a great personality she knew the history of all the sites we visited, the proper names of trees and flowers and the best places to take us for lunch and dinner! If you’re planning a vacation I would highly recommend AtlantiVacations, you will not be disappointed!

Sao Miguel is beautiful. Our tour guide Paula was excellant. She knew all the history of every site. Paula brought us to the best places for linch and dinner. The whole trip by Alantivacations was GREAT!

My friends and I recently went to Sao Miguel and Atlanti Vacations was our tour company. We had a fantastic time and felt that all of the details were taken care of, everything was easy and relaxing. Our tour guide Paula has a great personality and was extremely flexible with our individual needs. She was very kind and thoughtful and able to think outside the box when we suggested something different.
Overall very satisfied with the tour company and tour guide. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, they weren't notified when we booked the tour, so the morning of our tour came and no one arrived to pick us up. When we phoned the number on the reservation, it went to someone who no longer works for the company. After digging through Google and emailing Atlantivacations, someone reached out and came to pick us up for the tour about an hour after the original reservation time.
The guide was friendly and showed us a ton of the island. Lagoa do Fogo was covered by clouds when we went up the mountain, but thanks to lots of wind we were able to see a bit of the shoreline. Because it started late, timing was a bit stressed, so we moved from stop to stop very quickly, but we got to see what we wanted to.

Trip to Azoreswas was my and my friends life's goal. We really have got all we expected, thanks to Atlantivacations and his booking manager Nuno as well as our very professional guide Paula. Their help, knowledge, kindness and flexibility we will not forget. We were sorry that our fairy tale ended after four days, that was not enough for this paradise. Now we have beautiful memories and wonderful photo album and the big whish to come back to Azores.
