This was the one of the best tours I have ever had. Bruno is super knowledgeable about the island and he takes you to the best spots on the island for pictures, lunch, hiking and hotsprings. A 10/10 experience. I took the full day trip to Sete Cidades and a half day tour to Furnas the next day. I had a great time. Julia Palko

Bruno is an amazing tour guide and a really nice person. I really liked the peaceful tour with all the most beautiful places across the island. You definitely should choose him to go find amazing spots. He is also a very good photographer so he may take you a great facebook profile picture for your life ;) hehe. Highly recommend him!

I did a couple of tours around São Miguel island with Into the Wild Azores Tours and it was excellent. Bruno picked me up in an incredibly clean van at my accommodation which made it easier for me. In the tour around Sete Cidades we visited the best lookouts and stopped at several lakes and locations with a great view. Since it was just me in the tour we stayed as long as I wanted in each place which I really enjoyed. I also went on the tour around Lagoa do Fogo we also and had fantastic views from the different lookouts. Since it was a Sunday and some locations were closed we went to other places instead, such as the Gorreana tea factory, which was a great experience. Bruno also gave me good advice on places to visit in Ponta Delgada and was great to have as a tour guide. I would really recommend it!

I was a little bit hesitant about buying booking through Into The Wild as they weren’t on the official Azores website BUT I am so glad that I did. I was only in São Miguel for 4 days so I wanted to see as much as I could. However, I visited mid March and while I was there things were starting to be closed down by the Government due to covid. Bruno kept in contact and picked me up on time in an immaculately clean minibus. I was surprised that I was the only one on the tour as others had cancelled. It speaks a lot as to how professional that Bruno is that he didn’t cancel my trip too. Bruno explained that some places would be closed but that we’d take our time and anywhere I wanted to stop to look at or take photograph stop let him know. I was able to leisurely stop at some amazingly viewpoints and just spending time appreciating the island. Unfortunately Furnas and that spas were closed but I was still able to have an incredible lunch that had been cooked in the ground. Thanks to Bruno’s local knowledge, I was able to spend time dipping my feet in a mini-spa next to a river so I didn’t entirely miss out. Bruno is very knowledgable and passionate about São Miguel. I always like to support an independent company where I can and wholeheartedly I can say that I will be back to take further tours with Bruno. Cannot recommend enough.
