I spent many hours chasing them and trying to get answers to my e mails.

Dispite CONFIRMED reservations for a 9 AM pickup this morning they didn't show.

Skip this group and hire a private tour. After spending more than twenty four hours of flight to get to Fayal do yourself a favor and deal with adult professionals. I myself have arranged a ndperformed many environmental trips with never a problem! And with effort so.too. can pergadaactiva. They can should also answer their phone.
