What can I say but I loved this! The trip started on time the tour guide Mark was very knowledgeable and approachable. Once we got bikes and helmets we were off; a short road section then some nice single track through scenic Algarve. We passed vast vineyards and stunning Villas, through some excellent terrain. Mark had to do some emergency repairs as one guys bike suffered the consequences of a huge rock; but a bit of bike swapping and we were off again. The heat was by this stage picking up and there was ample opportunity to stop and take in the scenery and some much needed water. A nice few challenging sections next leading to a nice short road section before a coffee stop and more repairs. The ride back was along the coast and boardwalk and some more single track before a nice road Hill climb then back to Albufeira through the cobbles. I strongly recommend this if you have even the slightest interest in cycling. The pace is manageable and average fitness is a must but it's very rewarding and a great way to see some great sights.…

The bike center is in Martinhol Beach resort. Bring water and a camera. Suggest a backpack to hold these as there's no bags on the bikes. The ride was fun, not too difficult and well worth it. The halfway mark is the lighthouse and it provides a sense of accomplishment to bike all the way out there. Koen was our guide and he was as patient as a saint, even when the chains came off a couple of bikes. Pleasant day, scenic ride. Give it a try.…

As an avid cyclist, staying at Martinhal with my wife and almost two year old daughter, I was getting itchy feet. Fortunately these guys are onsite and offer a great range of options, guided/unguided MTB, trekking and road bikes. Booked my family on a guided trekking bike ride from the resort to Cape St Vincent bike ride and back. This was my daughter's first time in a bike and pretty rare event for my wife. The equipment was great and appreciated the special attention that was paid to my wife and daughter. The route was a gentle mix of Tarmac, unmade road and light trial. Although only 18k it was a really nice route taking in the famous lighthouse where we stopped to do the tourist thing and then back around Sagres to the resort. Our guide was a great guy and set the pace to include everyone. Relaxed, professional and I am now hankering to get out back on an MTB. Perhaps next time. Well worth a look no matter your experience. …
