Very quiet compared to Cape St Vincent, but the views at St Vincent are much better. It´s seems to be restored.

I remember this little fort from 26 years ago - the restaurant inside served Portuguese dishes and big chips to die for. The grass around the cannon was like walking on a dense piled carpet and the view from the turrets, as you see, spectacular....More

Nice remnants, good views, with a little imagination you are some 400-600 years back in history, parts are nicely restored

We stopped briefly, on our way back from visiting Cabo de Sao Vincente lighthouse. It's just off that road, so easy to pull in for a look. It's worth having a little wander around, although you must be very careful where you walk, as there...More

As others have said, there is not much to see here. Erosion has claimed some of the walls. More of the structure is in danger. We stopped on our way back from the point and took a few photos. There are some nice views, but...More

A short drive east of Sagres just off the highway. I seem to remember a sign indicating castle and the spelling changes from Belize to Beliche. You can't miss it as you drive to Sagres from the Algarve.
