My brother and I came on vacation to the Algarve and decided to do a range of experiences to remember 😊 This tour to the Benagil caves with 'Ocean 4 Fun' was one of them.
We took a speed boat tour along the coast exploring the Benagil caves, which are something 😍 the Algarve coast is beautiful, wonderful. Speechless 😶
Our tour was guided by Bernardo, who was super cheerful throughout the tour and managed to give us an excellent tour, explaining everything so that we knew a little about this beautiful land.
We also went kayaking where we were able to enter caves, walk along the coast and enjoy the sea and its tranquility.
The only thing I have to point out is that, when we purchased our vouchers through the 'Odisseias' website, we were offered a 'Speed boat, kayak and Stand Up Padlle' tour. In other words, we were missing the Stand up Padlle.
Previously, when I received the confirmation by email, I had already noticed that the stand up Padlle part was not there, and I contacted the ocean for fun company, where I spoke to Aleksandra. I was not satisfied with the conversation shared, as I am not to blame for the information given to us by the Odisseias website, I just complained taking into account what I bought.
I was told that they would put a comment on my reservation so that on the day there would be attention for the stand up Padlle.
On the day of the activity, Bernardo explained the situation, and since participants found it easier to fall off the board, the company decided to only have the kayak part of the tour, but, however, it was included on the Odisseias website. But we understood and decided to move on only to the kayak part.
Due to the professionalism and joy that Bernardo had on this tour, we ended up accepting that we would not do stand up. Anyway, the boy asked his colleagues on the boat if it would be possible and was denied.
However, I want to thank you for the excellent morning, for the tour where we were able to enjoy this wonderful land and to Bernardo for his professionalism.

Kayaking from Benagil beach to Praia do Marinha and back, visiting the stunning cave and going for a swim at one of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve was an unforgettable experience.
The staff are all very enthusiastic and helpful.
Our tour was expertly guided by Paolo, who even pointed out to us a passing group of dolphins that performed spectacular jumps, putting the icing on the cake!
My friend and I are 60 and have very little experience in water sports, but thought we managed quite well and greatly enjoyed ourselves. Definitely recommended!

Amazing kayak trip to Benagil Caves! Beautiful coast and a definite must see! Benardo & Pedro were knowledgeable, fun, safe and added immensely to our adventure! Cannot say enough good things about Ocean4fun! Easy to book & great communication before and after the adventure! If you want calmer waters and fewer people, definitely take the 9am excursion. We were there at the end of April 2023. Would book this adventure again and highly recommend! Would have LOVED the option for an all-day excursion with lunch and other beaches included!

Our trip was beyond fantabulous! It started with me getting in touch with Aleksandra from the United States to coordinate a private tour for 18 of us ranging from ages 1 - 65! We all wanted to see the Benagil caves and get to the shore without having to kayak a lot or get wet since we were here in April and the water was still very cold! She booked us a private catamaran and got Kayaks on board! When we got there this morning, we met with her and a team of 6 people (Ben, Celia, Miguel, the captain and others at the shore)… They were all super friendly and Ben was the sweetest person who took my Mom and Dad on the kayak with him (separate trips) just so they could enjoy time with the family and see the Benagil caves! We only had to kayak for a few minutes and we were there!!!! Had we taken a tour that didn’t allow us to get off - it would have been a bummer…. It was one heck of a trip! Thanks Ocean4Fun for this impeccable trip and experience 🤗

Since you arrive until you start the activity is madness and you may don't know where things are at. I had to wait for the van to take me to the beach and give me the equipment. The van appeared, but then I had to way more 15 minutes because the van was full. There was a lot of traffic, so it turns everything harder. When you arrive to the beach there are a lot of people there and you may find yourself lost, but stick to the people that are guiding you and wait a little. From the time you enter the water it's on you, explore and have fun! I liked it a lot because I was in contact with nature, even with all the people that was there. Even took some good videos and pictures.

Thank you for your review, this area can get extremely busy during high season so I completly understand some extended wait time could happen. I am sorry for this inconvenince, but I hope you understand it does not depend on our work. We are here to provide the best possible solutions (like the free of extra charge van transfer so you don´t have to carry the equipment by yourself) but there are pros and cons of every solution. About traffic or many other people around unfortunately we can´t do much.

My daughter and I rented kayaks to visit Benagil caves in October 2022. We are both experienced lake kayakers. The sea was pretty choppy on the day we originally wanted to go out. Eduardo told us it wasn't safe so we waited a day. The next day he gave us precise instructions about how to launch and where to land in the caves. Certainly glad we had his advice as we saw folks from other outfitters get tossed in the waves and thrown out of their kayaks. This company puts safety first, even when it costs them lost income, so you can have the best experience with no holiday mishaps. Highly recommend!

Magical experience! I went with my hubby, from the very first minute that you are in the ocean there is no way to contain your happiness, the scenarios are breathtaking, the tour and the crew are impeccable and super professional. Even with the situation of the virus we felt safe, our hands were disinfected before entering and there was enough space with distance for all of us, my hubby and I were in a row of the boat alone, and so were the rest of the people.
When we got close to the dolphins I felt like a child again, they were so playful and cute. This tour was one of the biggest highlights of our vacations. Is a MUST when you are in Algarve. Love it!

We did the speedboat ride and kayak trip from Portimao. Boat ride was about 30-45 minutes each way and we spent about an hour kayaking at Benagil Cave and all the surrounding grottoes and caves. Our guide Ben was great. The entire tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Awesome experience!

My friends and I had a great experience with Ocean4Fun. Our guide, Eduardo, was awesome and he took us to various caves around the coast. At first we went to some of the bigger caves that we could enter with the Catamaran and then we went on stand-up paddles to the Benagil cave and various little caves around the area. Don't worry if you don't know how to stand up paddle before the trip, we were all beginners. When you visit the caves you can sit on the stand-up paddle and at the end we had a mini lesson on how to stand-up paddle in an area where there were less waves. It was so much fun and my friends and I had a wonderful time. I will definitely do this tour again!!

We did the “trust the local tour” as recommended by ocean4fun. It was amazing. The whole team were fantastic. We headed out on the boat and then transferred to kayaks. We then got to explore caves and tunnels along the algarve coast. Ben was our guide and gave great information along the way. I’d highly recommend booking with them. Thank you for a fantastic afternoon.
