My group had a fabulous time learning from Lena’s wealth of knowledge and the food we made was incredible! It was one of the most memorable experiences we had in Lagos and we have taken away lots of useful tips and tricks in the kitchen. You can tell that Lena is passionate about what she does, and we are so thankful to her for creating such a special night.

The evening surpassed our expectations. Lena brought all the beautiful fresh ingredients needed for our fabulous dinner.She engaged us expertly in the preparation and cooking of the different courses.Lena taught us so much about Portuguese ingredients, knife skills and general cooking tips that we will use forever. The meal was amazing!! She was so generous with her knowledge and the menu. She is delightful to be with is clearly passionate about cooking with quality ingredients and sharing her knowledge. We highly recommend this delightful cooking course and will certainly book it again in the future.

What an amazing night. This is a hands on, everyone participates dinner. Lena arrived at our rental with bags of essential food, wine and cooking supplies to help us create a beautiful, Portuguese dinner. She was timely, well prepared with the freshest ingredients to help three novelist creat a feast. You can tell from her conversation that she loves food, cooking and people. She is a wonderful teacher encouraging the most reluctant students. If you have an opportunity while you’re here try to book her for the night. You won’t regret your decision.

This was a fabulous evening, with Lena cooking a great 3 course Portuguese meal for 7 of us from 3 generations of the same family . Lena provided all the food and wine, and taught and supervised all of us. We learnt a lot and had great fun doing it. Lena is also a really interesting person to talk to with huge knowledge of both local and international cuisine. We can’t rate this evening highly enough, you won’t be disappointed
