The InLight Yoga & Massage studio is located in the old center of Lagos near the Cultural Center. Besides the main focus on fantastic daily drop-in Yoga classes of various styles throughout the year, professional holistic therapies are offered. The easy-to-book massages are rated throughout as "best ever received". In August 2017 InLight was awarded as most “Innovative Wellness Centre of 2017” by the Luxury Travel Guide due to our great offers not just in the fields of Yoga and alternative treatments but also for our very special music and healing events.

I booked a reflexology treatment with Rosario and It was the best reflexology I have ever had. Rosario was professional and has magic hands!

I used to attend the yoga classes with Isabel and Chi gong & Tai Chi classes with Urbano at the studio. Then I tried the live stream classes when the studio closed because of the virus. First I thought its strange, now I prefer them then going back to the studio. Isabel is a great teacher and so is Urbano. Well worth a try.................

This was one of the best massages of my life (and I have had many!).
I am pregnant and she was able to adapt and mix oil and shiatsu.
The intensity was perfect.
When I left the studio I felt completely relaxed. I highly recommend getting a massage there if you are in Lagos.

I had been having troubles with my neck and back while traveling all around Portugal. I was so thankful when we got to Lagos that I found this place. Julia helped me with an amazing massage! It was so needed after bad beds, carrying luggage and all the walking. I was so impressed that I scheduled to come back again the next day. She was an angel to me and really helped me to be able to enjoy the rest of my vacation!

My husband and I are in our early sixties and travelled from Canada to spend a month in Lagos last November. InLight Studio was a huge part of the reason we had such a fantastic trip! A day or so after our arrival in Lagos, we wandered down to InLight Studio, which I had read about online. It turned out to be only about a 3 minute walk from our hotel! My husband hadn’t practiced yoga before but I had and felt that taking a daily class together would be a great way to structure our days as well as work off some of the fantastic Portuguese food. InLight Yoga Studio was an inspired find! After chatting with a couple of the teachers, we signed up and started class the very next day. The studio supplies mats and any other props so it is easy to take part as a visitor. We met wonderful people there and made one especially good friend in the class who reached out to us immediately and made us both feel welcome. People of all ages and abilities took the classes – some were like us and just there for a week or two – others were locals who had been going to the studio for years. Our favourite teachers were Helen and Puck. They were both fantastic teachers and we both progressed so much in our individual practices with them. It was a relaxed, spiritual place and the yoga taught there was top-notch! InLight Yoga is HIGHLY recommended and they will definitely see my husband and I as soon as we can manage to get back there!

I've had a massively stressful few months but Karuna's healing massage did me wonders. I felt a genuine shift in my mood and really energised the next day like a weight had been lifted.

Lovely studio with wonderful instructors! I truly wish I had more than one week to attend classes here. As a fellow yoga instructor and chiropractor, I was really impressed with each instructor's knowledge and attention to detail. Thank you for the many wonderful classes Inlight! Much love!

I went for a tuina massage first but changed for a Swedish Deep Tissue Massage. I've never did it before and it was amazing!! Leith was very attentive, precise, and remove all the painful points I had because of surf. That was the best massage I've ever had, just for this I would come back to Portugal! Thank you so much again 🙏☀️

I went there for two massages with Liath. They were great, the best I ever had. My wife went for a yoga class and she enjoyed it very much. Modern and very nice centre. Everyone there is very professional and very nice. Highly recommended! 5 Stars *****
