Benagil Cave SUP Tour

146 reviews
Discover parts of the Algarve coastline that you’d normally miss on a SUP tour that lets you go where traditional tour vessels cannot. A small group limited to eight people means that you’ll receive personalized attention and paddle at a pace thats suited to the group. Plus, you’ll have access to unspoiled beaches usually inaccessible to the public.

It’s great to walk along* the boardwalk from Algar Seco to Carvoeiro beach. Ideal for children and ok for pushchairs as well. Lovely scenery, plenty of fresh, sea air and usually fairly quiet, so very pleasant and a must do activity in Carvoeiro

Starts at the church at the top of the hill and finishes at the Algar Seco hotel. Very relaxing with stunning views of the Atlantic ocean and the rock formations.

A great walk along the cliffs and above the coves of Carvoeiro. Breathtaking views of the sea and along the coast.

Morning and evening rock formations look great with low sun lighting. It's only 600m long - so easy walk!

Fantastic scenery here. Start by Boneca Bar and head west for a stroll to the tip of the Carvoeiro. You will pass places mentioned in the novel “Miracle in Carvoeiro” by Roger Hardy which is worth a read. The board walk is a great idea to protect the underlying and vulnerable sandstone rock formation. The best light is early or late in the day. If you are lucky you may spot dolphins. In parts it is possible to walk through passages and tunnels gouged out of the rock itself where we experienced a professional photo shoot.
