Good morning dear customer. We are very sorry to read your review and hear of your disappointment but we want to thank you anyway
having taken a few minutes of your time to tell you about your day spent with the zebra safari. Our company, when charging the value of the tours, already includes the prices of everything you will visit so we don't understand when you say that they wanted to charge the entrance to the church when the church we visited is the church of Paderne and they don't charge any value to enter. Regarding the jeeps we have nothing to hide the jeeps that are in the photos are the same ones that are on the street and have the capacity to take 8 people and on that day you say that 7 people were in the jeep so in this case they had not even reached the maximum capacity and, I still had the chance to ask the driver to sit in the front next to him because there is always that empty seat in case someone feels uncomfortable like you did, just ask to go to the front. Our objective in these tours is to make known and show customers who visit us the interior of the Algarve, the castle is a restored ruin that has an important history for our country and for the conquest of the Algarve we regret that you and your family have no interest in our history and we accept it, but there are other customers who like and are interested in the history of other foreign countries so we will continue to show our culture to those who want to learn and not just wander the streets.
Our mill that was restored and opened so we can show its enormous importance, because in case you and your family don't know, the mills of old were very important all over the world because it was the only more modern way of grinding cereals and corn to be able to make bread and so on, food that could not be lacking in the humble homes of people who didn't have many possibilities, and we are still lucky to have some to be able to tell the story to our children and the children of people who really interested and who are humble enough to want to acquire some culture and learn, as well as museums that are also of cultural value, both the church museum that displays its assets and the museum that you call the harmonica museum we the portuguese called it the accordion museum but for that you would have to know how to differentiate the instruments which is not the case hence the importance of us showing these museums is that what you have no value or interest, other people can be very interested, because the accordion is a very difficult instrument to play, not just anyone can handle this instrument. In relation to the sources being dry, they are natural phenomena and it does not happen only here in Portugal, we regret the drought in the world and in our country there is no exception, the sources are natural and are dirty due to extreme drought they do not have running water and we have no way change that. As for your advice for people to save money and not take our tour, we replied that there are clients who consider our tour to be culturally rich and participate with great joy and willingness to share culture. Not being all the same means that we are all looking for different things and what is not pleasant for you can be a spectacular and unforgettable experience for someone else. On our part, trying to show and make known the beauty and culture of the Algarve is our motto.
Anyway, thanks for your review.
