I have used this company half a dozen times and the service has been exceptional to say the least, always on time and extremely polite drivers with lovely clean vehicles.
A previous trip we were booked into the wrong accomadation and didn't know that until we arrived, our lovely driver took us to the correct accomadation for us to find it in complete darkness at 1am in the morning, he refused to leave us until we were sorted out and made multiple phone calls on our behalf and eventually got through to someone,he again refused to leave until they arrived and we were in the accomadation, he actually mentioned if we didn't get in we could stay at his house for the night,can't compliment him enough,a very stressful situation managed perfectly by him.
I can't recommend this company enough.

I would not use anyone else!! Have used this company for a number of years now. Punctual, clean and courteous drivers. Nothing is a problem!! Highly recommend 👌 10*

What a lovely journey! José I think he was called was the perfect driver! Met us on time with a digital tablet with my name on it. lovely comfortable clean car, great conversation and a safe drive. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service........and very reasonable prices. Andre picked us up at Faro airport and brought us to Olhos de Água......he was waiting when we arrived.
We used him a few times during our stay.
He gave us plenty of tips/ recommendations for our stay.
It was so handy to be able to contact him over WhatsApp to collect and drop us during our holiday.

Went to book a transfer with this company from faro airport to Albufeira where my hotel is, proceeded to fill out information correctly on the website flight details name and dates correctly, booking came in as for the day after me using the site and notified the company straight away that transfer was for 3 weeks prior to this, spoke to customer care and they told me on phone this would be resolved by them as it was an anniversary and she also asked would I be using the company for further bookings and it was resolved on the phone I received an email saying what time you land from another working in the company who I said you need to talk to your manager about this I then was contacted by another customer care representative saying that booking wasn’t able to be fixed after being told on phone it was I received another email saying i would get a refund and that it was under review, I then received an email saying they listen to phone call and said I will not be receiving any further information about a refund I am absolutely furious and appalled by this

Hi guys just wondering myself and my hubby are heading over to Faro airport this Saturday 21st of April and were heading to the Ouratlantico Hotel/apartments .Jose Fontana Areias De S.Joao APTD.908 Albufeira can you give me a quote for a return price as we return a week later Saturday 28th of April.Many thanks as you guys have alot of great reviews.Kind regards.Susan Conyard
