Together with 4 friends, we went to Ieper to do this escape room. It was my third one.
In contrast to the other ones, there were only about 2 classic combination locks. All the other 'locks' were special ways to open a door or drawer or box or whatever you need to open. This was way more fun! The escape room is actually an entire house, so it has many rooms.
When you enter the last room, it's the best part. Both the way you have to enter it as the last mission.
When you're out, you get in to the control room. There you can talk with the supervisor of the room. They'll also take a picture of you to put on their Facebook page!
Not more expensive than any other game.

I wanted to do this for a long time... Finally I've got the chance to experience 'The Longest Hour' and my expectations were really an understatement of the real experience... Take all my expectations and multiply them with at least 10! The Longest Hour goes much further than an ordinary puzzle game! Even better than some kind of tv-show! Do not doubt, book your game now! You won't regret it!

Very nice with smart quests and lot of fun.
The quests are tricky but not to much. Pure entertainment and with a group of 4 or 5 people a perfect thing to finish a day in ieper.

We did this with 3 kids (aged 8,9 & 10) and had a great time. Had no idea what to expect, but we had a blast. Failed to accomplish the task in the 60 minutes but had so much fun trying.

Amazing time for the whole family, kids included. At ages 6, 10 and 15 the boys loved it and played a big part in running around like kids do best solving clues and helping escape. It took us almost the full hour (with a little help from the guy behind the camera) buy absolutely loved it. This was our first and we are now addicted because of the inginuety of the owners of this game. AMAZING.

Last year I did an escape game in Paphos, Cyprus but I loved this one even more because instead of just a room, there is a whole house to discover. Gives a lot more opportunities! The riddles and puzzles are original. Fantastic to do! Always great fun.

Very nice game to play, It needs a bit of thinking outside the box and surely triggers your creativity. I really can't give details, because they can contain spoilers.
The game takes exactly 1 hour, but it feels just like 10 minutes.
Hope they come up very soon with a new story, riddles and puzzles. Can't wait to play.

This was the first escape game we ever played and it was amazing. If you are planning to visit Ieper with friends you should really book this game in advance and go for it, it will blow you mind!
Afterwards we have played some other escape games at other locations but nothing comes close to this one in Ieper. Ofcourse I cannot say to much in order to prevent spoilers but I'll try to describe why this one excells. First of all, you receive a code to enter a house, untill youn finsih the game you don't see anybody, so that adds to the mysterie. Second, a lott of escape games are restricted to escaping from one room, but here the game takes place in an entire house with diffrent rooms. Third, there will be a lott of unxepected events, locations, puzzles you need to solve. And at last, the organizers take time to follow up each game and to interferre whene necesseary.
Congratulations to the owners, they did a hell of a job, whish them lots of luck!

This was our first escape game as a team of friends and we loved it! A very fun way to spend an hour with small intermediate victories, by solving a riddle leading to frequent small shots of adrenaline 😊 We did not get out, however, the experience did inspire us to chose Lisbon as our citytrip destination since it also had an escape game ... Enjoy The Longest Hour!
