Christian and Annette took us to all the Kiwi and Australian sites in Flanders. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference to understanding what the soldiers went through 100 years ago, and what a waste it all was. Despite pouring rain - a small reminder of what the soldiers put up with - we travelled extensively. A great experience.... More

Annette gave us an informative and well researched historical tour of the WW1 battlefields surrounding Ypres. She helped explain the actual tactics used and why certain topographical ground was chosen for battles. She also personalised this with stories that she had researched about some young soldiers who had died in the conflict from our home village in England. Strongly recommended.

Annette and Christian really brought the Battle of the Somme to life, they knew their military history well, they made arrangements that made both of us feel special. They procured a wreath for me to lay at the Menim Gate during their Last Post ceremony and also made special arrangements with the Aussie School at Villiers-Bretonneau for me to present... More

Annette was a wonderful guide!! There was just two of us on her tour and we were tight for time due to train issues bu that was not a problem for Annette. She took the time to pick us up at the train station and drop us off in time to catch our train out. She was so knowledgeable of... More

Christian and Annette were wonderful. This is a belated review. We went in June 2015. My husband was tracing 2 brothers from his little town in NZ. Christian took us to places which you could not do on your own. We found one brother and the other was in France. Accomodation and transport was excellent. Well worth the trip.

Christian and Annette had researched more info on what we wanted to see. Where my grandfather fought and where my Great Uncle was killed. His name is on the Menin Gate and with their research were able to be within 300 metres from where he was killed. Also took us to where my husband's grandfather and great uncle fought with... More

Annette and Christian are absolutely amazing guides with so much knowledge of the local area and its history in which they have lived all their lives. Besides their incredible knowledge is their willingness to always go the extra mile to help people find events or people who served in the great war. It's a very moving experience when you see... We were three friends from Spain and wanted to visit in one day the most important places of WWI at Ypres. Annette was an EXCELLENT guide, the tour that she made absolutly completed our expectations. Without her guidance and knowledge (that is impressive) it would have been imposible to seize the day as we did.

We contacted Annette and Christian for a tour that would include a visit to my Grandfathers grave.A grave that no one in my family had ever visited since he died in 1917.To say they did an exceptional job is an understatement! We did a three day tour that covered more than I could list here.As we were coming over from... More

Annette and Christian are great guides. Very knowledgeable, and happy to customise the tour to highlight specific areas of interest to the customers. They have two 7 seater mercedes vans; very comfortable. On our four day tour we have between 4 and 8 people at various stages, with the two vehicles together and separate. All very flexible.
