Beautiful store in the very centre of Bruges. Here you can find everything you need for Christmas decorations. I found it ideal for Christmas presents shopping. Bit pricey tho, but worth it. Staff were all very friendly and attentive, despite store was extremely busy.

though several are scattered across tourist centers in Europe, they all exude a wonderful sense of surprise, beauty, and caring customer care. Pricey, but really worth the cost when you compare them to any other options out there. There is a gift here for everyone in the family, and you can always walk away with something for a euro or two. If you have never experienced a KW store, then you really should--and give yourself an hour or so to browse upstairs and downstairs

We have shopped at these stores before, the one in Rothenberg and the one in Bamberg. We love just wandering around in the store and looking at everything Christmas. No matter what you're looking for or whether you're buying for yourself or a gift you're bound to find something in this store. Wander around and check out the hanging ornaments or the tea towels or their beautifully made wooden nutcrackers. Once you've finished you can go to the upstairs area where you will find even more things dedicated to the Festive season. The staff are all very pleasant and extremely attentive, offering you a basket to carry your items in and even suggesting items that are similar to what you're looking at or something different. If you love getting into the Christmas spirit then this is the store for you.

As a family we love Christmas, it’s a beautiful place and all handcrafted objects are really unique. However I can see how staff is upset and stressed. Their responses are filled with anger if you try to touch anything. The main goal should be to address the behavior without threatening or responding with disrespect. Remember buyers are on vacation

A great place to get Christmas ornaments & decorations. Demonstrations were given on cuckoo clocks. The staff was kind, friendly, & helpful. There are several of these stores in Bruges & all are nice. It is a fun place.
