Absolutely top class help from the Ticket Office. We needed to travel with bikes to Amsterdam. We had not realised in July/August pre-booking bikes is mandatory. The young lady who served us and the whole staff of the office tried every possible travel combination that avoided 3 or 4 changes before finally finding an option. They were friendly, spoke English perfectly (of course) and were determined to get us where we wanted. I cannot praise them enough for their service.

Very poor! No toilet facilities unless you have cash. 50cents to use the toilets but no card facility, which I think is very poor as many people don’t carry cash these days. Very rude toilet attendant too.

We visited the station to arrange travel to the coast for a day as well as our next trip to Rotterdam and obtaining bus passes. The two staff members we dealt with were very friendly and exceedingly helpful. We were dealt with in the two locations quickly and efficiently and were out in less than 15 minutes.

Wow! As tourists, we had NO idea what we were doing and we had to get to the Airport. As soon as we entered, luggage in tow, a nice lady came right up to us and asked if we needed help (I am sure we looked like it!). We told her we needed to get to the airport. She helped us with our tickets and told us what time the train would be here and how to meet it. We felt SO relieved! Once we were on the train, we were told we were in the luxury area (not what we paid for) and they allowed us to upgrade right there (we didn't feel like moving at that point). How accommodating! This was a great experience, all due to the helpfulness and friendliness of those who worked there. Thank you!!!!

Really helpful and supportive staff. I accidentally left my phone at Brugge station, in the waiting room. When we got to Knokke, the member of staff called Brugge station. They found my phone and were ready waiting for us when we arrived. Cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service.

Nicely located , just 10min from city center, clean and with adequate information for travelers. Staff very helpful speaking English and French. Outside of the station taxis and buses with many routes to cover.

We were surprised at the grand size of this station given the small size of the town. But it has to handle massive amounts of tourists coming and going, and it does that well. You will find places to eat and buy things. And the station is logical, thus easy to figure out.

Free return trip for all passengers on bus when your car is parked at the railway station. The cost for 24 hour parking is 3.50 euros including travel into city centre!

Very few travellers are aware that the Bruges trourism department has a free shuttle service from the station to the market and back running every half hour. It is a little away from the bus stop. Regular buses charge 3 euro's per head for a short distance (15 mins walking). Cobbled streets make pulling trolley bags a little difficult so this free service is great.

From Brugge's train station are buses leaving for the city, both paid for and the free city tourist bus which takes one right into the very centre of the city. It makes visits to Brugge easy and certainly cheaper when coming from i.e. Brussels for a day trip by train. The station itself is, well, a station ... nothing spectacular ...
