This is one of those churches that does not give anything away from the outside. Walking in you come across a very beautful church. Does not seem to be one of the more popular places to visit. We chanced upon the church when we were ambling around in the streets without any destination in mind! The church on the inside has beautifully designed architecture and the black and white checkered tiles does have a lasting impression visually.

Go through the doors, and just stand there, looking up the central aisle. Take in the tiles, chandeliers and soak up the atmosphere. You can leave after that and it will still have been worth it !

It took our party of four a while to find this church that I had read about in the guide book. However it was well worth the shoe leather and walking! The impact of the black and white theme is beautiful and we would all recommend a visit.

Difficult to get information on the precise hours of opening. But if you're lucky, the doors is open. Don't pass by, it is on of the highlights of Bruges!

Another lovely church in Bruges I particularly liked the black and white marble flooring , its not far from the city centre so well worth a visit you will need a map to find this place.

Impressive for how huge and beautiful it is. Baroque in the style and not far from the city centre, it's one of the most interesting monuments of this amazing city.

This is a repository of vestments and implements that are 100's of years old and is in danger of being closed permanently. Stunning architectural detail including one of the largest organs in Bruges.
