First, some of the pictures on their website of the room look inaccurate. We were in a very unassuming building with no sign outside. It wasn’t a very good atmosphere. Weird thing is also that the front door is shared with a private residence. Because if that, people will walk in and out during the class. Next, our instructor, Ike, was a nice guy in the end but he was very long-winded. It first felt like we signed up for a chocolate making lecture instead of workshop. When attempting to practice some of his instructions as he was talking, he chastised us for not paying attention. A lot less talking and more action is needed.
However, the end product is some chocolate that tastes really good! I especially like the honey filled chocolates I made.
