Went there with some friends, awesome decor and friendly staff. Well explained class: not only do you get info about chocolate and cacao in general, but you also learn to make chocolates from scratch, get a ganache recipe and - most importantly - your get to bring an entire box of chocolates home ! Suitable for all ages and groups. Each smaller group had its own station, which made it more fun as you could really take part in the chocolate making

We had so much fun learning how to make ganache filled praline chocolates! Our host was incredible - she spoke clear English, told interesting history/stories about Belgian chocolates, and had us all laughing and enjoying our time together. The time did get long waiting for things to cool or freeze, but she filled the down time with more chocolate-related activities so we were always doing something fun!

Me and my friend were the only two people doing this workshop and we found it was a really refreashing experience. Our host was friendly and we made a lot of good chocolates we would like to make again at home !

First, some of the pictures on their website of the room look inaccurate. We were in a very unassuming building with no sign outside. It wasn’t a very good atmosphere. Weird thing is also that the front door is shared with a private residence. Because if that, people will walk in and out during the class. Next, our instructor, Ike, was a nice guy in the end but he was very long-winded. It first felt like we signed up for a chocolate making lecture instead of workshop. When attempting to practice some of his instructions as he was talking, he chastised us for not paying attention. A lot less talking and more action is needed.

However, the end product is some chocolate that tastes really good! I especially like the honey filled chocolates I made.

This tour was an amazing two & a half hour experience. Our tour guide, Ali was amazing. He made the whole experience so entertaining and relaxed.
It is such good. It was such good value for money, we got to make everything from scratch & then take all the amazing things home to enjoy.
We were lucky as we were a small group of 10 people.
I would thoroughly recommend this tour, however, not suitable for children.

We booked a chocolate making course in Brugge as it was the only one we could find. It is not far out of the centre and we had a great morning. My daughter of 12 came and she loved it. There was a workstation between 3 people and we were shown a demonstration at each stage and then firstly made 21 filled chocolates, all dark with a praline filling and you could add nuts and caramel. Then we also make a sheet of flat chocolates decorated with nuts and raisons. We were able to bring them home in a gift box. We were given a small glass of hot chocolate to try and one lady even had a soya version. A really fun experience and gave us the skills to try at home. The instructor was fun and very friendly. All in English.
