It was a very nice and a must-do experience. The chef was gentle and funny while he skillfully explained all steps of chocolate-making. Next it was our job to be creative in the art of making chocolate. This was so much fun for us as a young couple. We truely recommend it.

Teacher is enthusiast, friendly, relaxt and a little fast sometimes in explaining certain elements. Chocolate is very good. We’d have loved to see some more variation in fillings to be able to even more use some creativity. This workshop is a lot of fun for a first time! We definitely recommend it when you visit Brugge and have never made bonbons yourself.

Enjoyable learning experience with the added bonus of an edible product at the end. The only problem was one young woman whose mask ) this was the time of Covid) was so loose it wasn’t effective, kept slipping below her nose and she kept taking it off. After I spoke quietly to the instructor, the instructor once or twice reminded everyone about their masks but this woman’s mask was useless anyway. Very worrying

Here's the list of the COVID-measure we are taking: -> max 10 people per workshop (instead of 21) -> each booking gets its own station with a chocolate machine & sets of cooking tools - 2m away from any other station -> hand sanitizer -> disposable aprons -> all staff is wearing a face shield at all times Guests are responsible for wearing their own masks. If you stay at your station with your mask on, you will be at safe distance of the other guests and won't be at risk at any time.
