A must see UNESCO site/city of historic beauty! a day tour from Amsterdam

I couldn't find "day tour to Brugges from Amsterdam" by Tours and Tickets, so I'll add it here. It was 89 euros, through the popular Tours and Tickets in Amsterdam. There are... read more

It was so nice! The city is really nice by itself, but the guide make the experience even better. She was really good!

I went here with a group of friends and it is a beautiful place with much to see and do. Lots of cobbled streets and lots of beautiful markets. I bought lots of cheese and chocolates which were beautiful. The staff in the markets were well mannered and very helptul but in a shop named C&A we were trying to... More

Our cruise departed from Southampton and check in was smooth and swift. Our cases were taken from us and we went straight onboard to get something to eat and found the buffet restaurant to be swamped with people who all had the same idea! Finding a table was problematic and it was very chaotic with people and waiting staff darting... More

I couldn't find "day tour to Brugges from Amsterdam" by Tours and Tickets, so I'll add it here. It was 89 euros, through the popular Tours and Tickets in Amsterdam. There are other tour operators, asking as much as 107 euros, but not sure how different. This was about a 11+ hour tour and what was nice, is it left... More

First, we a two sexagenarian couples who travel Europe extensively in a variety of ways including ocean cruises, river cruises, land cruise(we often plan our own itinerary) and escorted tours. While on a land cruise in France once again, we spent a few days in Paris and decided to have a diversion by going on an escorted tour to Bruges.... More

Where to begin? The immediate families first time on a ‘cruise ship’ P&O Venutra and done so at the request of another family member for a significant birthday. All looking forward to an extensive taster of the wonders of Bruges… Boarding at Southampton, simply a shambles. Cruise ship, like a lower end Las Vegas strip hotel and casino with will... More

I’ve been on six guided tours in and around Brussels and Paris over the past week and a half. With the exception of this one, they’ve all been good. Viator’s group was by far the largest: you’re crammed into a full-size tour buss with what feels like 60 or 70 other tourists. This alone inhibits interaction with the guide. The... More

Big disappointment! My first (and last) P&O cruise, a two night Mini Cruise to "Bruges"... We arrived in Belgium expecting to be taken to Bruges but when we boarded one of the coaches waiting by the ship, with found a map with directions to Bruges and discovered we were merely being taken to the nearest train station. We had to... More

I really was looking for the "mute" button for the tour guide on the way down to Bruges. Every time I would start to nod off (it is a three hour bus ride after all) on he would come with wonderful facts about when the bridge was build, how the English bombed the old one, or how the saxophone was...
