We had a great experience with this taxi service and particularly our driver on a 1.5 hour trip from Brugges to Antwerp recently. Our driver made the trip educational and enjoyable sharing a great deal of knowledge on history in general as well as on Belgium specifically. Would definitely recommend!

We picked up this taxi at the train station. He was quick, helpful with our luggage and efficient. We paid in cash but he did take a credit card. The trip only took 10-15 minutes but I recommend a taxi as it is incredibly difficult to walk luggage over the cobblestone streets.

We visited Bruges without a vehicle, but wanted to visit several breweries outside of town. Taxi Snel advertised on the map given out by our hotel, so we gave them a call. They were very friendly by phone and communicated quotes via email so we had the details in writing. We decided to give it a shot and took a driver for a 1/2 day travel outside the city. Our driver, Didier, spoke English and was a great guy to spend the day with. He gave us some history of the area as we drove around, he was pleasant, and he made us feel safe and well cared for. We loved this experience!

We learned the hard way that taxes are not permitted to take a direct route from Town Center to the hotels. The round about way they have to go made for a 20 Euro charge for a 12 minute walk.

Absolutely dissapointing and NOT reliable service!!!
We ordered a taxi for 5 o’clock in the morning because we had to be on time to the station to get our train for the airport!
I explained on the phone that it’s very important and that the taxi has to come on time in order to be able to catch our plain.
In the morning at 4.55 we were outside waiting for the taxi when we received a message “we will not be able to send a car for you”. Just this and without any expalnation and/ or excise!!!
This was a huge unpleasant surprise and luckily we could reach friends of us to bring us to the sation on time.
We will NEVER use this company again!

We spent the weekend staying just outside Bruges. 18 people in total. We had booked a few trips with Taxi Snel before we arrived.
Plans changed a few times and we had to cancel taxis, move them forward or put them back. Taxi Snel were brilliant and accommodating to everything we threw at them. All the drivers were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We can not recommend this company highly enough. The cars are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Our driver spoke perfect English and was even able to help us find the correct platform for our train onwards because we were in a hurry (I was pregnant and my waters had just broken so we needed to get back to the UK). The taxi arrived minutes after we ring from the hotel and we were helped with our bags at collection and drop off.
In a very stressful situation of trying to get home in a rush taxisnel took the stress out of the logistics- thank you! X

A female driver brought my mother with dementia and myself to our destination. I had to put my mother's roller later in the suitcase and pull it out myself while the rather hautaine driver preferred to be busy with her cell phone.
Also sitting in the front was not an option because the passenger seat was full of personal items. Normally I call on a Tunisian from whom I have his personal cell phone. Unfortunately, that man didn't work that day. As a Flemish person I prefer to appeal to Tunisians etc. because they are normally friendlier and more helpful than the often too proud Flemish who is unfriendly and less helpful.
