We have used their services already twice. Clear communication by phone and e-mail. They are very punctual and offer professional rides. They even had free coffee and tea to offer in the car! Would certainly use again.

From the moment we requested a quote until Michel and Lora dropped us off at our final destination, the experience was fantastic. Prompt, courteous service on all of our transfers and an exceptional customized day tour. Top notch for sure!!

We needed a ride from Brugge to Antwerp as we had a lot of luggage and didn’t want to struggle at the train station. This company is very responsive and sent a professional (and very friendly) driver and an immaculate van. It was a great experience and would totally recommend this company!

We used this transfer service in Bruges for our transfer from the cruiseport to downtown Bruges with a return trip back to the port after our wonderful day in Bruges. I contacted Comfort Voyage Services via email several weeks prior to our trip. There were 6 adults and I didn't want to waste time waiting around the cruiseport for a taxi to fit all of us so I booked it ahead of time. They were very responsive to my emails and I was able to make a reservation via email for both legs of our journey for a fixed round-trip price. Lora, our driver, was very prompt in gathering all 6 of us at the cruise terminal in a very comfortable van . She offered us warm coffee and cold drinks. She dropped us off in a great location, just a 2 minute walk to the Market Square. At the end of the day, she promptly arrived at the agreed upon time and location and drove us back to the port. I would highly recommend using their service.They are very professional, courteous, friendly, and most of all prompt and efficient! A+++ Thank you, Lora!

After a long flight it was great to get back home from in a very comfortable ride. A bottle of cool water and a fresh coffee was just what we needed to get rid of the 'airplane feeling'.
Larissa made us feel right at home with a smile.

Our group of 4 received excellent service from Lora and Michel!! What started as a routine transfer from Brussels to Bruges ended up being an amazing day tour to 3 local breweries personalized to our tastes perfectly. An unforgettable tour ...would highly recommend their services and hope to be back to the area again in the near future to meet up with them again.

Lora and Comfort Voyage Services provided exceptional service, hospitality and professionalism. What began as a routine airport pick up resulted in additional drops and a tour along the way because of the great service and personal attention. From the pick up at the airport in Brussels to Bruges with delicious coffee post an overnight flight to our ride from Brussels to Amsterdam with a stop at the Keukenhof everything was excellent. Lora and Michel are accommodating and very responsive. Clean comfortable and relaxing way to see Belgium! We look forward to using Comfort Voyage Services when we return and can’t recommend them enough.

We hired this service to take us on a tour from Bruges of West Flanders. Our aim was to have a driver who could take us to see some of the breweries in the area (good to have a driver for that!) as well as some of the historical sites, particularly as relate to WWI. Michel, our driver, showed up for the pickup promptly at the arranged time, which is always a good sign. An even better sign was that he had provided much needed coffee and water for the ride. As we proceeded on our tour it was evident that he was very familiar with the area, and the few places we had put on our list (we sent a tentative itinerary ahead of time) that he was not familiar with he actually scouted out some days before so we would be sure to have a great experience there. As an example, when we entered one brewery he approached a fellow working there, who proceeded to take us for a private tour on the spot. It turns out he came by the previous week, introduced himself to them and told him that he intended to bring a group there, and arrangements were made! Seriously, that is some amazing service! Beyond that, he took photos throughout our day and, while I was writing this, emailed them to me. The whole time he remained flexible, never rushing anything and giving us as much time as was needed. When the day ran long, no problem, just a simple extra prorated fee. If you contact this company with an inquiry you'll find them very responsive and able to provide whatever you've got in mind. At least that is what we found. And the van itself is very comfortable, clean, and all that...and it even has wifi! All in all, I think if you're looking for just a transport from one place to another, they are probably pretty good for that. But if you are looking for so much more than a guy who drives you around a bit, you will definitely be more than pleased with them. I cannot recommend them enough!

Very comfortable vehicle. Water and coffee provided. Very clean.
Driver/guide was knowledgeable and engaging. Showed us around Bruges and to the east through polders and to the coast. Very personable and relaxed.

Hi I'm looking for a taxi(s) to transport a group of snooker players daily from the Velotel to the Trick Shot Snooker Club in Bruges and the return journey, we would also need a taxi(s) on the evenings when we wish to travel in to town for our evening meals.Could you give me a approximate cost of each journey please? For the services you requested, I would recommend you call a city taxi, because the requested travel distances are very short and there are no fixed pick-up and drop-off times planned.
