We booked the Romantic Bruges package through the Aragon Hotel and this was included. It was nice, but hard to hear the driver tell us information about the city.

Yes, it's 50 Euro for the carriage ride no matter how many ride. The carriages hold 4 comfortably. Very easy to find in the town square. No early book aheads.
