Airline advised we should arrive 3 hours early due to strike related issues. So I booked the 2pm bus that should have arrived at Charleroi at 16:10.

Two busses turned up at 2pm but one going to Brussels only and the driver said we needed to be on the second bus, the Charleroi bus but that driver turned us all away (about 10 of us in the queue) saying he knew nothing about going to Charleroi and he was now on a break! There was quite a heated discussion between the two drivers before the Charleroi driver phoned the company, then told us we'd be leaving in 30 mins. He then promptly closed his bus doors and left us all outside in 31 degrees heat, on an open bus concourse with no shade! Some of the group got texts from Flibco saying the bus was delayed due to an accident - no it flipping wasn't, it was delayed for the driver having a break!

We'd missed the window for catching the train so had to wait and eventually boarded and set off at 14:40 - 40 minutes late, arriving at Charleroi at 5pm. Just two hours before our flight instead of the three requested but fortunately there were no hold ups at security.

I had gotten the TEC bus and train when arriving to Bruges and wished I'd done the same for return as it was quite stressful sat outside in the hot sun wondering when or if we'd be setting off.

We had booked a door to door option which was more expensive then the shuttle bus. Waited 45mins in torrential rain and wind and the car that was described on the email never turned up. However after asking one of Flibcos counter staff to ring the driver (my limited french didn't cover it) the driver said he had been there for 15mins and gone. Here had been a car but with completely the wrong details. Apparently we should have known that??

Had to then pay again for the shuttle bus (or stay in Charleoi airport). Actually have nothing bad to say about this as was an alright service.

Only just managed to get the return door to door service as again he "didn't" speak english, I'm highly doubtful of this as he didn't speak French either when I asked him about our reservation in that as well. They park in places not agreed with you on your reservation make it hard for you to find them and will go after 10 mins. They still get paid and you won't get your money back.

Avoid the door to door at all costs unless you speak fluent french and are willing to ask every car in the airport/city if they are for you!

Misleading advertisements, say that prices is from 5 euro on from Charleroi to Brussels but have only one price when you book online (14 euro) or buy a ticket on the spot.

The bus never left in time. Simply because in Charleroi they don't care about offering a comfortable trip but every place needs to be occupied and if there are not enough people, the bus wait... This is terrible especially if you arrive late after a tiresome trip.

The staff that should take care that everyone stays in line was only on the phone (probably with her boyfriend) so people who came late sneak in front of the line.

Terrible company. It will be time that the monopoly of this company will be broken down and suitable transport arranged by the commune to the closest trainstation (that leaves every ten minutes) with trains that brings you to Brussels.

Why are Belgian logistics and systems always stuck with 20 century solutions while we are in the 21st century where airports have a bigger flow of people

Travel 3 times with the company during the last week.
Expect that you might have to wait at the arrival. It is a bus service, so if there is an accident on the highway, the timetable will be impacted.
They have wireless in the bus and also (slow) USB charging for each seat.
It is cheaper to buy it online. I suggest to arrive at the station and if the queue is not very long, to buy the ticket online as it is a few EUR cheaper than buying it on site and it is likely quicker than to wait to the physical queue.
In normal conditions taxi is not a lot faster as it uses the same rather busy roads,

It is 5 month that this company is taking unfair advantage of its position at the Charleroi airport by refusing to provide transport to any other destination except Brussels. This is totally unjustified and creates many problems specially for people who need to go to Luxembourg.

5 months...planes, trains, buses, taxies are working, they are the only company refusing their services and they constantly lie to the customers by postponing the disservice date (started "until 30 May" and now we are at "until 30 November").

What they do is absolutely abusive and the airport should cancel their license.

Please everyone, start writing complaints to the airport and claim that their license is canceled and given to a more reliable company

If your flight is delayed and you miss the planned departure time, the van will leave without you, which is perfectly ok as the people whose flights were on time also want to get home, BUT flibco also don't care the slightest about finding any solution for you, such as a later shuttle or providing any sort of refund. Even if you notify then before take-off about the suspected delay

They won't even allow you to downgrade to one of their big busses to at least get to the city you were going to. You'll have to buy a new ticket for that.

Instead of help, they'll only tell you to contact the airline for compensation, but this is pure hypocrisy on their part, since airlines do not have to compensate for delays of less than 3 hours, but of course, actually keeping enough buffer for an up to 3h delay would completely kill the point of this twice as expensive "comfort" service.

I bought a ticket to go to Charleroi and I fought to have a good service cause it’s 40 EUROS. They sent me an email at 5 in the morning saying shuttle was late, you do not have one contact for customer service, they do not give a contact of the driver, at least to understand if the delay was really that or he could have arrived on time. The only moment they give you the number is when out of your door (very useful). The app was not working so I decided to take my own car to avoid to loose my flight, which means I had to pay also airport parking. I sent a complaint and they told me it’s my problem cause I have to calculate more buffer to the airport. They’re not a serious company, book other private services, at least you pay less.

I booked the DOOR2GATE service from Charleroi. My flight was delayed meaning I missed the shuttle. I received zero assistance from the company, and the expensive ticket I bought for the shuttle was not even valid for the bus service the same company operates to Brussels! They received money for providing zero service, with the excuse that the delayed flight is not their fault. Following this logic, it would be the customers choice to have the flight delayed and miss the shuttle?!?

Worst experience ever!!!
My friends and I took the bus from Charleroi to Bruxelles and it seemed to be okey, but the way back it was a nightmare!
We arrived there waiting for the bus almost 3h before the flight and the queue was extremely long. How is it possible that they are not organized for being a service in a capital city? This is shameful. We decided to take a taxi (8 people), if you are travelling alone or only few of you, ask in the line. For sure someone is gonna join you to split the bill. This is how we found a women to fill the taxi

Abysmal service. They sell more seats than the number of seats they offer in peak hours. no possibility for refund if you cant can on the bus and have to take a taxi not to kiss their flight. Cynical and criminal lot. Avoid them like the plague.
