Is it ever open? We were in town for a while and walked a lot. To get back to our apartment, there was as short cut past this formidable church at a crossroads. Each time we tried to get inside and never succeeded. But we surely admired the exterior which is very impressive. Make it your mission to get in!

Sadly this rather sparse looking church was not open when I visited. Hours are limited and volunteers to staff it limited. Not so much to see on the outside but perhaps the inside makes a visit worth it!

This is a magnificent church, found on the other side of the fancy bridge that has the same name. Very close to the center of town. It dominates the neighborhood and there is a pretty open square in front. I hope you can find a time when it is open as we did not get inside.
