The monument itself is ok, small and tasteful but the real draw of this site is to walk in the footsteps of history through the woods overlooking Foy and see the FoxHoles in situ, it was a sobering and eerie feeling.

This memorial sits along the road that leads to the wooded area in which members of Company E of the 101st AB division had dug in just prior to their attack on Foy. On it are the names of some who perished defending this stretch...More

I gave this two stars not because i wanted to be respectful, rather that it was a plaque or monument from Hollywood with no real historical significance other than band of brothers. A guided tour is better to go on.

We came upon this memorial to the Band of Brothers, Company E of the 101st Airborne Division. This is a beautiful memorial to a hard fought battle at Bois Jacques. When you enter the woods a little further down the road you come upon the...More

A small memorial to those who fought and died in this area of the Battle of the Bulge. Interesting as well, when facing the monument on the left end there is a small plaque with the name of Tom Hanks as one of those who...More

The history of this small wooded area between Bizory and Foy is a testament to the brave Americans who fought and died here in defense of Nazi tyranny. As you stand in the tree line facing Foy you can almost hear the shells from German...More

The names on the memorial at the entrance to these woods tells it all. These men died horrible deaths under trees just like these 75 years ago and the holes you see, were dug by them to protect themselves from the horror from above. Very...More

It cool to see, but its a 5 minute thing. If you go to the foxholes, you should swing by but I wouldn't drive for just this.

There almost needs to be two different names for this area. There is a tour of the foxholes that I did not get to go to. This review is about the Peace Woods. If you go to the Ardennes or Luxembourg, GO TO THE PEACE...More

I'm not sure but a good starting point may be to contact the army barracks in Bastogne (101 museum) they may be able to point you in the right direction.
