The Rue Roture is a small pedestrian street located on the small island between the Meuse and the Derivation (Canal) in the district of Outremeuse. This is a well known area by the local Liegois known for its restaurants and bars. But this is not just nightlife as many of the establishments are open during the day. It comes into its own during the festival of 15th August (Fete des 15 Aout) when people fill the streets of Outremeuse as well as Rue Roture
