We learned a lot about making jenever, transporting, ... in short the history of this drink. Afterwards we got to taste one of the liquors.

Nicely laid out and easy to follow, the museum leads you through the old distillery and shows off the implements used, the advertising through the ages and the history of the Jenever. There are plenty of interactive exhibits which is good, and the artefacts are...More

Amazing. Home to the greatest Belgian collection. Beutiful artworks and historical pieces make up for an in depth exploration of Genevers trail around the globe and what it meant for the Low lands historic and economic environment.

We visited during a festival so it happened to be very busy. The displays themselves aren't in English but you are handed a sheet to wander round with, though I would say in parts it's difficult to reconcile what you're reading to the displays sometimes....More

That indeed is the question...I discovered it's quite an experience after my visit here. It comes in different full bodied flavours .Tastes good on its own or as a cocktail mix. Savour it!
