A very impressive Gothic building where construction commenced in 1450 and finished in 1650! Marvellous inside where there is also a "chariot" (Golden Coach) is absolutely amazing on which a relic of St. Waudru is pulled around the city in June.

The best parts of it is Gothic, but maybe because it's building lasted almost 2,5 centuries, there are some very different ideas on it's outside. The church with its paintings and marble statues of Jacques Du Brœucq is a must see in Mons. The Car d'Or (Golden Coach) is absolutely amazing. Stain windows are beautiful

The church is quite impressive, both inside and out. I particularly liked the stained glass windows, many very detained and different for each litte chapel. You can have an audio guide of the church, but as well, there are many detailed signed for the various points in the church so this is not really necessary.

The building itself is old. I went in and I found bunch of prices tied together and I asked what they were doing they said it fallen down. I started being aware of if it might fall on me. It's pretty nice building but the stories of it; can't be told to children.

Lovely beautiful church, lots of detail to see and pay attention too. Very friendly staff. We were here on a very hot day so being inside was a relief as well.
