My son of 12 and I arrived on a friday afternoon around 2pm. As it closes at 4pm sharp we had to skip some parts (h2o) because we took our time and enjoyed the parts about energy and sports and the adventure trail. So probably best to foresee around 3 hours. On this weekday there were a couple of school... More

Great piace for the whole family. Go to their website pass.be to find useful info. The centre is very close to Audi dealer in Framerie. Great parking area just next to the Centre. Next to the Museum you can find interesting routes for runners. The dogs are not admitted inside the centre.

Excellent visit with lots to do with younger children (from 2/3). Highly recommended, we will go again. The restaurant is ok for lunch but you can also take your own. Kids under 16 go free.

We dropped in because it was raining. We stayed for 4 hours. Fantastic resource and facilities that the kids loved. Plenty for the adults to learn too but this really gets the kids imaginations racing. Will be going back.

This is a fun museum for the entire family and you definitely need an entire day to appreciate everything it has to offer. (If you are local buy a season pass so you can enjoy all of it, repeatedly). The museum is located on the site of an old mine and has an entire exhibit dedicated to the history of... More

My kids loved this place. It makes a serious attempt to describe the forces that shape our lives and whilst interactive, is not an amusement park. It is built into an old mine works in a depressed area of Wallonia which, given the quality of the experience is good use of taxpayers money to revitalise the area and bring in... More

Nice building to discover sciences with lots of games for the kids. There is quite a bit of loss of space in the building. They need to increase the number of activities and learning elements. But the potential is definitely there. Please also climb the 'terril' a coal mountain.

The pass is for all ages, but is best enjoyed in a family with children. Grandparents or parents with children interested in the big issues at stake for our planet (water, global warming, health, ...). The entrance fee is a bit expensive, but this is a major site to explore. Plan for a visit of a couple of hours.
