As a few visitors unfamiliar with Mons, we were lucky to discover La Lorgnette. Here you can enjoy a good selection of beer, stylish surroundings and the attention of friendly staff. Particularly memorable was the Highway to Hell cocktail (Hoegaarden, Triple Sec and something cherry-based?). It tasted like we might forget the way back to our hotel if we had a second one!
