This chocolate shop (where the Beer and Chocolate tour began) is right in the lobby of our hotel. How convenient (or dastardly, as the case may be). One of the best in town, though.

A friend directed me to this chocolate shop as I am unable to have lactose. This shop sells lactose free chocolate but doesn’t seem to advertise it anywhere! I couldn’t fathom this at all, they really seem to be missing a trick there!! The lady who I spoke to spoke perfect English and was very helpful and the gentleman who manned the till popped in an extra choc for free so all round I would recommend this shop

We arrived too late in the day for a demonstration, but not too late to reap the rewards. They were not busy and were very patient as a hand-picked a small box for the same price as the pre-made ones. They provided a small taste -- exquisite. They took visa.

Wonderful chocolate, yummy samples. They have great packing if you want to take it home as gifts. We were not lucky enough to see them crafting chocolates the day we visited :(

Expectations were high for this confectionary, we received great service and attention and thought the price about average. Tried a few and enjoyed and decided was worth a few boxes. We bought boxes for relatives back home (thought they don't know that!). Actually we ended up not that impressed with our chocolates. They all tasted the same except for the few sprinkles that gave them bit of difference. The dark tasted the same as the milk and the white ones were just milk with a white coat. The choices were ok I suppose, we eat them all, including those we bought for others, well, it's summer and the choices just wouldn't have lasted long enough, which ever way you look at it!

I tried many chocolate brands and types, some pretty good ones in fact, but nothing compared to the ones I tried at the Chocopolis shop. They are just divine, best feeling ever.

Chocopolis is a pleasant chocolate shop with the small factory where they make their chocolate attached. We were there at the weekend so the factory wasn't working but you could still see in to it. The staff are extremely friendly we were browsing for some time as we were early for a chocolate tour and they had no issue with that. The chilli chocolate is definitely worth a try if you're looking for something different.

I have a bit of a sweet tooth so I thought I'd try out the chocolate factory, (yes they make their own chocolate!!!) and it was well worth it to say the least. The man running the till was very pleasant and offered a free sample of each chocolate. Each individual chocolate cost 80c & you can get 16 in a beautiful box for €12. I'd highly recommend checking this place out & getting the caramel chocolates as they were my favourite. Located near the grand place.

Best chocolate I've ever tasted and the prices are expensive but worth every €. You should buy several boxes because they give volume discounts here (ex. - buy four boxes for the price of three)

Having tried a LOT of chocolate in Brussels, I definitely liked this shop the best, great chocolate! Be warned though, unlike the cheaper chocolates you can get in other stores, this melts pretty quickly so best to keep it in a cool place immediately.
