Anissa was A lovely host and explained everything wonderfully. Would highly recommend the Brussels chocolate workshop. We can away with 21 praline and and selection of other handmade chocolates with a posh name. Can't wait to eat them when we get back to UK.

We enjoyed the tour and waffle making (kids ages 7 and 11) but were hoping to make our favorite type of Belgian gaufres, the Liege type, but these are more like regular waffles. Still yummy but would have liked to know beforehand...
