Seems like only snobs go there. Sorry for those who are not snobs and have a membership.
the facility is so dark, I personally do not love it.
their gym is not for me either, trying to make it all look fancy with their functional machines. no thank you.

We stayed at the Steigenberger hotel and the pictures we saw on the internet gave us the impression that this was a great welness.
We payed 30 euro p.p to enter.

We were surprised to see how small and old it was. Some metal parts of the hottub even had rust on them!
Speeking of the hottub...its better to call it a COLDtub. Never had we experienced a hottub this cold. We were in the tub with a lady who said she was a yearlong member and told us that lately this club is realy deteriorating.
The pool is also cold and the 2 saunas very small.
Don't let the pictures mislead you like they misleaded us!
I wouldnt recommand it to anyone for this price there is muuuuuch better on the market.

So my sister had booked a double massage for the two us, over a month ago and we finally went this morning.

To start with, it could have been nice to have someone greeting us at the spa or offering us a cup of coffee or tea when arriving there... which wasn't the case.
The first masseuse came to get me for the massage and said that the other one was on its way to my sister (by the way we had asked for 2 women but apparently even that was not respected as she explained her colleague would be a man --> why bother asking us if you won't respect our choice?).

Anyway, I went in for the massage thinking my sister would soon get hers. After 45 min I came out and saw my sister waiting at the reception. I asked her how it went and she answered that the other masseur never showed up. Euhhmmm what?

While she waited on a chair in a hallway for 45 min (and never received a massage), nobody even came to apologise, to offer her something to drink, a cup of coffee, a glass of water, nothing.
She even asked for a glass of water herself (it's 35 degrees outside today) and was refused that. What?
So basically you get to pay 100€ for a massage, wait 45 minutes in a hallway, and you're not even entitled to a glass of water. What kind of place is this??

My sister had planned this in advance, she has a 4-month-old baby at home. We really tried to plan everything so the both of us could enjoy this together. And we're not talking about a small beautician, it's a huge place with a fitness, spa and restaurant.

The guy at the reception didn't even apologize nor gave us a reduction or some kind of other gesture. One tip for you: don't waste you time and money there.
Plenty of other nice and enjoyable places in Brussels.

By the way: I'm really not the kind of girl that writes negative reviews but you left me no choice!

I can't say anything about the rest of the Aspria but I was deeply disappointed mainly about the price of manicure. The lady on the phone spoke in a very fast combination of french and english and I think misunderstood what I am booking so at the end of the manicure they gave me a bill of 93!!!!! euros. According to them it was for semi-permanent polish removing, applying and manicure. Just the problem is that there was no manicure, I just asked the girl to even my nails in the same length. I double-checked the price list when I got home and if they really would have done everything they charged me for it should have lasted 1.45 h, but my manicure lasted in total 1hour. I felt heavily overcharged especially since exactly the same service everywhere else in Brussels where I have been would cost 35 euros maximum 50. I wrote a complaint e-mail and got a response that they will look into it, but this was several weeks ago and I haven't received any response since. Recommend it only if you don't have where to spend your money and you want to pay way too much for regular (not bad), but regular service.

Aspire offer so much mor then I expected.
The club has excellent opening hours, allowing people that work to work out early.
Your membership includes consultation with personal trainers, toiletries in the changing rooms, towels and bath robes are provided and the complimentary lunch, coffee and water are a nice touch.
Most of all, the staff is amazing, both at the reception and at the SPA.
Yes, it is expensive: but totally worth it.

I had an unfair experience as an expat. Though they have very good amenities but is only helps if you have lot of time. They can goto any level for receiving the money. I was new in Belgium and signed the contract. The sales person was pretty much polite and never explained any rules(not even basic ones) as his only intention was to make the sale. I had to pay for 3 months even if I couldn't use the club. But because I had signed the contract, I had to agree for what they say.
All I would say is, be careful before signing the contract.

This spa come leisure centre is very nice. They have member and non member pricing so make sure you see that. I am staying at the hotel above it called Steigenbergers Wiltchers . If you want to use the pool etc you will pay €25.00 for the 24 hour period or have a therapy like massage etc and you don't pay this fee. The pool is nice and private with part of the treadmills overlooking this from the floor above.
My deep tissue massage was very good with Victor.
