    Amazing experience
The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were soo full of knowledge. The owner runs classes teaching about the cocoa plant & the transformation into chocolate. The variety of chocolate was amazing with a high quality of Cocoa, that is packaged at their small factory at the back. Also, very generous, reasonably priced with small gifts. Lovely shop, will keep going back too.

    A must!
We were a group of 21, 18 students and 3 teachers. We booked beforehand. Our chocolatier (Aden) was amazing; he was entertaining and very funny with the kids. We tasted very good chocolate and the demo was very interesting. Highly recommend!

    Absolutely worth a visit
Fantastic demonstration and service. We took a group of school children who thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The gentleman was informative and engaging for the children. I was very impressed and would highly recommend. This is definitely worth a visit if you're in Brussels.

Group visit for the chocolate talk highly recommended
Took a school group of 50 ten and eleven year olds here as part of a cultural trip to Belgium. The chocolatier did an amazing job with his talk and tasting demonstration. He held the children’s interest for the whole hour and they loved the chocolate too. Would highly recommend as a short group activity as part of a day out in Brussels.

    Excellent memories
My daughter went on a school trip to Belgium and her visit to Planète Chocolat was her absolute favourite experience of the trip. She said the chap doing the talk and demonstration was funny and she told me loads about how chocolate is made and its history. The tasting also went down a treat and the chocolates she brought back were of excellent quality - I recommend the orangettes!

    Love the passion
Excellent friendly service. It’s wonderful to meet someone with such a passion for what they do! He gave us a very interesting fact about England and chocolate history too, which neither my husband nor I knew. There’s even a livestream to see the chocolate being made. You can tell they care about chocolate which reassures you it’s excellent quality.

Sometimes you never know what you are going to find, or who you are going to meet. My wife and I could not find what we were looking for in the many tourist geared shops that sell chocolate, so we wandered into a chocolate shop, slightly off the beaten path. We were welcomed by the owner, who happened to be alone in the store, and ended up chatting with him for over 45 minutes. It turns out that he supplies chocolate to the royal family of Belgium and travels the world to source cocoa. He often goes to Mexico and has a lot of famous customers. It was fascinating to hear him talk about chocolate and how he even uses the pulp in his creations. He was very proud of his latest creation, a reproduction of the Mont St Michel.
Thank you Adem for a wonderful time and all the chocolate tasting!
We will be ordering more soon!

Today, I went with my team to this location. We were with 13 people. One word: AMAZING experience. Once we were in the house, we received a very warm welcome and were guided to the atelier where we took on some protectuon for our clothes. A funny guy explained in English what we are going to do: we will make orangettes, pralines, chocolat avec des fruit secs ...
First of all, we got a nice cup of hot chocolat while the guy was explaining the origin of chocolat. Then later we went to the atelier. So nice experience. We even saw the pink chocolat: Ruby.
It was really funny. A must visit place when you are in Brussels !!!!

The person at the store was very nice and told us a lot about their chocolates and the demonstrations they do at the store.

He made us feel very welcome! Their chocolate is artisanal and delicious. Definitely a must go to buy chocolate souvenirs.

We were wondering around Brussel and decided to buy some chocolate to take it home so we entered first shop we saw. As we were to find out it was the best choice ever. The host is great! He showed us the space where chocolate was made and told a lot about diffrent kinds of chocolate and, of course, he treated us with it. Believe me, it's really delicious! He gave my friend a discount and he even gave me a box of truffels as a gift! We left the shop so happy and content.

My boyfriend and I visited Brussels from Ireland this weekend, we stumbled planete chocolat and we’re so pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Adan who showed us around the entire store and gave us a really good insight into how the chocolate is made. He spoke to us about his daughter who lives in Ireland and kindly offered us free treats. The way the chocolates are made was very interesting and we really enjoyed hearing all about it. My boyfriend and I had a brilliant experience at planete chocolat and would recommend it to anyone! (the chocolate is delicious too)

Had a very good experience with ordering chocolate from Planete Chocolat. Had ordered the chocolate to be sent to a friend in Holland. She received them as planned on the morning of New Year's Eve. It was a smooth delivery and I was kept updated with my order through mail the entire time.
