True handmade chocolate artisan in the heart of Brussels. We opened during Covid time and after one year of great success we will soon open a new store in Montreal. We produce all our chocolates in front of the clients. Every day we organize chocolate workshops and share our passion with our visitors.

I loved the chocolate workshop at this one and only artisan chocolatier in Brussels! We leave with our generous creations. 1 hour of happiness 3 minutes from the Grand Place in Brussels. Patricia explains everything about the profession of chocolate maker, from the origin of the beans to the shop and the roasting. Super interesting and... delicious! I recommend. Speaks French and English.

We booked a chocolate workshop for our daughter’s birthday party and it was a great success. The kids loved it, Elisabetta managed to keep them interested and focused and they were very excited while making all their chocolate creations. There was a cake at the end and some time to open the presents - and everybody got to keep what they made (a bar of chocolate, some little chocolates and chocolate lollies with marshmallows) nicely packed as goodie bags. Grown-ups would enjoy it too :) A great idea for Brussels as you are not weather-dependent.

Great host who was very knowledgeable about all things chocolate. We had great fun making various items of different shapes and sizes. The time flew and was full of humour and messy chocolate. The best thing about the whole day was that me made lovely, high quality chocolate products which we took away to eat! Would thoroughly recommend.

Be weary of this - attitude I would not support and don’t wish this experience on anyone. Wish I’d read more reviews. terrible experience. Chocolate making was good with intervals of explaining the historical context and chain of chocolate supply. Sadly to say this- at the end we queued for toilets, we were last in queue . A man shouted at us, then mocked our reply. Moreover he was aggressive and extremely rude to me. We were appalled at this as we were simply washing our hands and using bathroom as instructed. The course was 1 hr 1/2 and this was with 10 mins remaining. Sadly in it just for money and very hostile after chocolate making was over. Furthermore we politely told the lady in the shop who gave us the tutorial what had happed as she should know this - she wasn

What kind of person are you? Live in a decent way, you will see, it will work better! You stayed a long time in the kitchen bothering the whole staff (who had to call the security to put you out when they understood the real reason why you stayed so long). We cannot reveal here what your daughter was doing in the toilets....

We were late for the class for few minutes.
We apologized and asked if it’s possible to still participate or reschedule. We were not admitted for the workshop. They were not flexible to consider other time slot. The money was not refunded. What is more, the owner called us ridiculous and ordered to “get out of his shop” in a very rude, aggressive and mean way.
Lack of customer care. They were absolutely reluctant to take into account that we were very first time in the city and as visitors had some difficulties to find the place.
In addition, the space was very small and there were 10+ people standing very close to each other, no room for free movements.

As it is clearly indicated in the terms of sale, on your ticket, and even on the Viator and TripAdvisor page, no entry is accepted once the class has started.
Please show more compassion for the people who work for you and also for the other participants (who arrived on time).
When you speak about the room you described here something you don't even know since - as you said - you was denied the right to access the place due to your late of 25 minutes.
Of course no refund is due since it is your own mistake. If you would have assumed your own misbehaviour, acted with us in a gentle way, we would have rescheduled your experience with great pleasure, like we do every day for many people.
You acted very badly with us and you prefer to start a big drama in our store. Behave yourself before giving lesson to others. That makes sense, no?

Loads of fun!
The classes are just the right size. My daughter and I had a great time. The chocolatier was very informative and easily understood.
We made chocolate bars and other goodies that were delicious!!!

Amazing experience when in Brussels!!!! Elisabetta was so kind and knowledgeable in her profession. We learned things about chocolate that we never knew until today. Such a sweet woman and we loved making Belgian chocolate with her!!!!
