Me and a friend did the Ghent and Brugges tour with this company. Our experience was good but we wanted more and also more fun. The tour departed late and we were in Ghent just for two hours. in Brugges for 5 hours but also having lunch in Bruges, which was for us really short time. I recommend it just... More

We took their bus tour from Brussels to Amsterdam and back. Even before we started, the guide was extremely frazzled and just kept being negative about making our destination on time citing various mundane reasons such as traffic, rush hour problems, too many pick up locations etc. We just felt the guide was so whiny and a let down that... We did the WW1, Flanders Field tour. Had a knowledgeable guide who took their time showing us and talking to us about the battles. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to try and understand the hopelessness of the battles and the wasted lives involved for either King and Country or Emperor, or Kaiser, etc. My wife... We did the Gent and Bruges day trip and we very happy with it. The trip was well organized and happily started on time. I heard the guide talk to a few of the patrons to make sure that their special needs were met and carefully looked after them the entire day, without affecting the enjoyment of the tour for... More

This tour was terrible. Flat out. Our tour guide was Bruno, and he ruined this day trip for us. We were a smallish group of less than 20 people. All English speaking with the exception of 2 ladies from Peru. For this reason, the tour was conducted in English and Spanish. To his credit, Bruno did seem comfortable in both... More

We recently did two day trips from Brussels, one to Bruges/Ghent and one to Luxembourg. We enjoyed both trips thoroughly and I would recommend. The Luxembourg trip is quite a long journey but there is a lovely stop in Dinant on the way back. The tour guides are helpful and friendly. We had Frank from Bruges/Ghent and Bruno for Luxembourg.... We collected from our hotel and after others had boarded from another pick up point we made our way to Ghent - fantastic, on to Bruges for lunch and canal trip and finally walking tour and a little free time for souvenirs. Stefan our guide was not only very passionate about he places we visited but his knowledge was brilliant.... More

We had a good guide and the tour covered what was stated. We had an excellent lunch in Bruges. That was the positives. The negatives in our opinion were: Covering both Gent and Bruges in a day meant there was little time to catch a breath. In Gent we had ~45min to ourselves and that barely allowed us to run... More

We took the Brussels City Tour to Antwerp. They advertise Antwerp as seeing one of the greatest harbors in the world, as well as Our Lady Cathedral - we missed both because either the tour guide or tour company were unprepared. First, the tour guide was totally unprepared for the fact that the day we visited was the Gay Pride... More
