Good tour, poorly executed.

Both tours are interesting and as usual with these kind of buses a great way to orientate in a new city or see a lot in not much time. We did both over separate days with a 48... read more

We took the 48hr ticket as we felt that it would take 2 days to go on both the red and the blue line at this time of year as the last tour was 3 pm. The headphones were absolutely useless as many of the connection points were either not working or required an extension lead which was unavailable when... More

I had used the hop on/hop off in two previous European cities & was very pleased so thought nothing of paying €75 for 3 tickets. Our first driver was rude & unpleasant. He ignored our requests to stop and went past the stops too quickly to get off. Our second bus we took, the earphone plugs were broken at a... More

Both tours are interesting and as usual with these kind of buses a great way to orientate in a new city or see a lot in not much time. We did both over separate days with a 48 hour ticket. My issue was with the second tour where the driver was playing loud hip hop downstairs which could be clearly... More

Don't waste your money on these tours! 25€ which gets you a map and earphones. You get on one of the two buses which are supposed to be running every half hour but you wait up to 45 minutes for and you're "greeted" by a grumpy driver! You get on the fairly dirty bus, plug your earphones into a very... More

I have utilized the City Sightseeing/Hop On-Hop Off busses in nearly 10 cities in Europe and the Brussels tour was the worst. The drivers of both tours were awful--alternating between pedal to the metal speeds and then slamming on the brakes, causing some to nearly slide out of their seats. I also witnesses pedestrians who were forced to run through... More

Me and my husband have recently used this tour company and have been extremely disappointed. We have been on my similar tours and have never been left stranded on the side of a road in the middle of nowhere before.. until Brussels. We had been dropped off at the Atomium stop on the Sunday morning and having checked the times... More

First, we used "City Sightseeing" in countless counties and cities, and this one was the absolute worst experience ever. It all started with some non existant indications (their web site is of no use what so ever) to find the bus stops. We finally found one stop on the red line after walking at least one km. We were ready... More

I have been robbed twice in Brussels metro and train stations recently. It's really not safe at all with highly professional gangs roving unseen, it would appear constantly. And I am very cautious with my personal belongings! So, walk my friends! Instead of taking-in that grotty underground tunnel scenery get to not the open air. I surprised myself and realised... More

We decided to do both the red and blue bus tour routes to get a feel and see most of the landmarks in our short stop over in Brussels. It was so disappointing. Why would a tour bus take you to the most dreary, run down, dirty parts of the city! The tour has left a very poor reflection of... More

The ticket includes both routes giving a good overview of Brussels and we enjoyed the ride.We did not have the problem of going too quickly through the route that others have mentioned. Did seem to have more time between buses than the schedule indicates. Look for discount coupons to save a little on the cost--our hotel had them, am sure... More
