Great way to see the city. Went on both trips and learned and saw a lot! Was sad to see the buses stop at 4:00, when there is so much more to see.

We were not familiar with Brussels and this turned out to be a good way to see a good portion of the city. The system is a bit chaotic. I had a lot of trouble getting the barcode you download after you buy your tickets...More

Bus trip without any information at all. We got ear-plugs, but no guiding was provided on any language. Bus-stops were not announced, and not even marked with numbers according to the map. Here is a great scope for improvements!

Such a great idea terribly executed. Waited 50 minutes for a bus at a quiet location. No control from the driver so paying passengers just mobbed the bus getting on from the back doors with no tickets. Bus driver was texting whilst driving! The recorded...More

Two lines that cover the whole of Brussels. Audio guides in plenty of languages. Worth a look when travelling.

Yes that was my dilemma also. The main terminus for the buses is at a square between the station and the Grand Place, and there is also another stop near the train station. However it is best to get a map or directions at... More
