Definitely worth a visit because it's a brilliantly-designed and conceived structure. On a clear day, the views from the top level of the building must be spectacular, but sadly I was there when it was grey and overcast.

Ticket can be purchased on the spot from their offices. Long lines to get the lift up the top floor. Very interactive and interesting exhibition with 7levels of light shows, fun facts and history about Belgium's second-favourite landmark.
