Well placed, has a lot to offer and quick to find. There's a lot of little cafe's and little town shops around the area but this has all the basic amenities you'd like to find. And on a hot summer's day, you'll find the australian sorbet stop a must visit.

Easy access to parking area or to public transport. One of the metro line (roodebeek) exits in the shopping mall ground floor. The basics shops are available be it from h&m, zara, Inno to accessories shops, cosmetics, mobile stores and electronics shop like media markt. Ground floor offers nice selection of good quality food, be it for a quick bite to grab n go or to sit down and enjoy. My favourite is the Asian section that just opened in January 2019, ekki and the cheese shop. You cannot miss it, the strong cheesy smell comes through despite a cold and a blocked nose. You can also find a match where you can get your groceries. Nice pastries at the bakery next to match. Overall really appreciate the shopping experience, and lastly the new toilet is easily accessible, very clean compared to before and free.

Expensive everything - parking, food, clothes, shoes etc. The only compensation is the Australian ice-cream shop. But if you really have to go shopping for decent brand clothes or a suit then it is probably as bad or only slightly worse than the alternative of going into the centre of Brussels.

Amazing place for all the family. Great shops under one roof. You can do your shopping without the hassle of worrying about your car cause the parking underneath is safe and trouble free.
