Chocolate...

The ''royal chocolate'' from Mary has really a very nice taste, but I ate better ones. Its still worth it to give it a try.

This was one place I had to visit and went on 2 occasions for people who love chocolate it must be on your agenda and you would leave with something you will enjoy and with good advice from both the French and Belgium staff it was an enjoyable experience which one could bring home for others to taste

My wife is a reformed chocolate addict and Brussels is like her heroin so this was a trip like no other. We took a chocolate tour that took us to 6-7 places and this was stop number 2 on the tour. They had some of our more favorite truffles and the ones with dark chocolate and some of the infusions... More

Better than Swiss chocolates and the other chocolatiers around the area. I wish I purchased more.. Super creamy, service was wonderful and the price was affordable for such quality.

Chocolates prepared here are hand crafted and they are confectionery chocolates. They have amazing collection of chocolates and prepared to the perfection. As it is hand made chocolates these chocolates has to be consumed with in few days to experience the best of it. These chocolates are not available any where else, so it has to be brought here itself.... More

There are so many choices in Brugge. Mostly commercial shops. Mary is a gem in the rough. The pure deep flavor is incredible, creamy and delicious. There are hundreds of varieties and as mentioned in other comments, samples are provided without question. There are also many types of boxes for travelers. My box made it back to US in perfect... So if you are a chocolate lover you MUST visit chocolatier's in Belgium. I am suggesting Mary because it is not popular elsewhere, whereas other brands can be found more easily abroad. Ok, be prepared to pay for the chocolates... but you get what you are paying for... the finest chocolates!

1000% have never had better chocolate. They make the chocolate for the royal family! The woman working was incredible. Gave us quite a few samples before we bought anything and was very friendly. It's obviously more pricey than others but so worth it if you ask me! We were recommended to come here and almost didn't make time to stop.

So far, this is the best artisanal chocolate I have tasted in Belgium. I love their dark chocolate varieties! So good. The chocolate is made from scratch for years and years. The service is very welcoming and they are situated in the heart of Brussels, on the way to the Mannekin Pis from the Grand Place. This is the real... More
