Everything went smoothy. Driver was relatively on time, he helped with my heavy luggage, and I wasn't overcharged by the end of the trip. Airport Driver was super patient with my situation (my flight got cancelled and rescheduled several times in a day, and yet I still had a driver ready when I landed). The ride was nice, and the car was clean. Would 100% book with them again if I needed to.

Last minute change for me; my friend couldn't pick me up anymore at the airport. I had to find quickly a valuable solution. Airport Driver answered quickly, providing me the amount of the trip to avoid bad surprises and with an easy way to communicate with the driver.

My driver Amin was super friendly and helpful. He was professional, he let me blast music on the stereo and did a fantastic job organising my belongings in the Benz van. The trip was from the UK to Netherlands and he had the stamina to stay up during the whole trip. Amazing guy

I just had an experience taken out of stupid movies.
After I had a reservation of 2 minibuses for a hotel - Charleroi airport transfer, and after I requested an additional offer for a new car, the driver Samuel (hos phone no +32470953314) from this company canceled my reservation, on the grounds that I asked him twice the same thing.
I didn't even receive the requested information, what's more, he had the nerve to send me private messages on my phone number and email that I'm stupid, drugged and continues to use very nasty insults to my address.
Please avoid this company and I ask the owner of these companies to get rid of such dubious characters.
It spoils the image of these companies, of this profession.

The driver (amir) showed up on time and i had very correct contact with him and the dispatch. My flight was delayed and they did very good follow up to be at the airport in time. Very clean and spatious mercedes V and it was right at the first parking, not far to walk. Driver dropped us off with lot of assisting for baggage.

One-way:excellent:on time,clean car,good driver.
Return:more problematic as our plane had 2 hours delay;however,our driver was present 2 hours later but we could not go with him as our bags were lost and it took a lot of time to fill in all complaints documents.Unfortunately,the driver could not wait for us as he had others appointments and so,we had to go home using public transportation although the return-trip had already be paid beforehand.

During a big delay of planes the drivers do their best to try to arrive on time, but sometimes it is very difficult to be there in time if an accident blocks the traffic.

My last trip was a really strange and unpleasant experience. For my return the driver mixed up everything and went to the airport to pick up instead of in the city center - I was lucky not to miss my flight. He also called me in the middle of the night and even once more this morning - the day after!!!! He called me at 4.30 am and woke me up the day after my return!!! I
Very strange person ! I will not use this service again. The other drivers I have had before have all been well behaving and polite but this was a very unpleasant experience.

We travelled to the airport from home. Easy to book, the driver called to ensure I was aware of his name and number a day or so before. When he arrived, he messaged to say he was there. He was professional and took us a route that spared us traffic. All good! Thanks!

Thé driver was smoking while waiting and did not stop when I arrived. He did not help me with my baggage, which I had to insert and recover from the car boot on my own. I had to ask him to please stop smoking and that we should depart. He took his time. Drove very slowly on the highway, listening to loud music and driving to close to the car in front.

Good service, arrived on time and the driver is very polite. My flight was 15 mins delay, and so I am able to contact the center at night through WhatsApp. Then, the center passed my message to the driver, and pick me up the right time.
