    Pleasantly surprised! Had a blast!
Last time I went here was 30 years ago, my expectations were non existent. We went for half a day during the week and we had a blast! All the slides were fun. The new ones were supercool. The old ones were also still good fun. No overly long queues anywhere. Staff were friendly, the place was clean. What more can you want? Oh and some people shouldn’t be allowed to write reviews, I mean, you did this to yourself…

    Great family day
Great family day (6 hours, 3 kids ages 6, 11,12). A little expensive when purchasing but got a good return. Kids had a ball. On site food over priced and average for quick food.

    Beware the crowds
The experience really depends on the amount of visitors since there is no booking system and it is not transparent how many people are allowed to enter. My daughter and I went on a sunny day during the summer arrived on the parking lot at 10:20. So 20 min after opening. There was a long queue outside for people like me with online tickets. After 40 min we managed to get inside. For people who decided to buy tickets on the spot, there was no queue outside, but they still had to line up inside. Once inside, finding a changing room and locker was fairly efficient. The waterpark itself was crowded though. For most of the bigger slides there was a 20-30 min waiting time. The facilities are OK. Some of the new slides were really fun. One slide was out of operation due to technical issues. We did not have food inside, for the simple reason that there was a monster queue between 11:30 and 13:30. We did not feel like spending an extra hour waiting for overpriced fast food. We left after spending 3 hours inside and noticed that the waiting line got even longer. So overall, it it wasn't horrible, but the management doesn't consider how the amount of people in Aqualibi influences the visitor experience.

The water park is great but it accommodates too many people at the same time, resulting in a lot of waiting at the slide and impossible to eat at the restaurant. There is only one restaurant and the queue is huge. We preferred to shorten our visit and go to the quick which is right next door.
The lifeguards do a great job and look after you well. The slides are great and the different spaces are very cool. The park is very clean. I hope that the work will resolve the crowding problem, particularly in the restaurant and in lines.

Very nice personel, dirty and unpleasant WC, bad smell (stench) when starting Bi-bob/extreme - attractions at the very top of the building. Super slippery floor. Unpleasant smell in the park. Lung irritation even after the short stay in the park, or after 15 min. stay in the Lagoon.

The starting point is that the facilities are pretty good. Good range of slides and activities for the kids. Seems to be to many chemicals though. Unfortunately I came away disgruntled and feeling like I had been mugged as the customer experience is completely off. Arrived late, and my own fault in thinking it closed at 10pm, before realising it was 8pm and I didn't click enough on the website on my phone
However, to be stood there at reception with my 6 year old and 8 year old and getting told that I must pay a full adult fee of 25 Euros for my 8 year old son because he is 1m 45cm was scandalous! 8 years old....no 'extra fee' but a full adult fee! Bad enough that they want you to pay 25 Euro's for an adult whilst its 9.90 for the children in the first place for this facility. Not offered any type of evening concession or anything, a late activity for the kids on holiday so left with no choice at that time to just pay it. Then the swimming shorts debacle. As a tourist, travelling to many places, I've never come across an issue with wearing swimming shorts. Speedo shorts designed specifically for swimming! Ended up been mugged to buy 2 new swim pants for myself and my son. Don't tend to travel with towels but of course, they had none that you can hire like most places of these places, you have to buy them at a cost of 22 Euros each.....
Ladies could wear any type of costume with bangles, jewellery etc and what really stuck in the throat is that the lifeguards are all wearing the shorts they tell you are 'banned' from the facility! Just total frustrating nonsense....then, coming out, not even a proper hair dryer to dry my daughters long hair. They have these weird hand dry type units for your hair that you stand under, but all at the wrong height for kids! Bizarre
You spend less and have a much better customer experience going to Rulantica!

more than 1 hour queue outside before we could take tickets inside we arrived at 1:15 p.m. and at 2:45 p.m. we were still in the queue!!!!very bad organization 1 only case open inside enough to lose patience knowing that the ticket already costs 35 euros per person and even before entering the park there is already a queue of 1h30!!!!unfortunately I will not come back in the middle of summer because I find it just unacceptable to make such a queue for a water park!
Why not install terminals to take your tickets which would avoid such a wait!!!we really take people for pigeons!

After 2 hours of driving we end up in a queue of at least another 2 hours. With the blazing sun and a toddler aged one and a half, this was not possible. Then turned right again. The answer to all questions was that the crowds are normal and that everyone gets in. The park was open until 10pm so no problem. Yes, it seems to me that not everyone (read one-and-a-half-year-old toddler) can enjoy it until 10 p.m. or then you get the answer that it is less busy outside school holidays or public holidays, we are not much help if there are also 2 school-age children.

Capacity and safety absolutely, but at least make reservations possible, then you avoid these inhuman conditions. Strange that you can do this for Bellewaerde while it falls under the same group... apparently this is a strange opinion in my experience...

Absolutely shameful refund policy in every way.
Here is the context: we buy tickets online (140 euros for 4 anyway) at 1:16 p.m. on Tuesday January 2 for a visit the same afternoon. Arriving on site at 3 p.m., an endless line stretching out in front of the entrance, with employees warning us that the park is saturated, and that we must wait for other people to come out before entering, while we specifying that if we do not wish to wait, it is possible to enter Walibi... all this under downpours of water, the day of the flooding of many Belgian rivers as a reminder... we think we are dreaming... .. I paid well for aqualibi, an indoor park at 27 degrees, not for a ride in the rain on a soggy roller coaster... After more than an hour of waiting in the freezing rain, I decided to ask reimbursement. I was first told to go to the subscription office, who told me they could not proceed with the reimbursement because it is not the same compatibility as aqualibi... I therefore went to the aqualibi office after having had to cut politely the queues .... office which tells me that it cannot access the reimbursement because they have not received the money, but it is the web service which is responsible ... it is 5:30 p.m. ... still no entry possible to the park while my wife and my daughters are still in line... the park closes at 8 p.m.... we give up... while choosing to contact the web service via e-mail.. .. response from the web service 10 minutes after receiving my submission.... "we have received your request, we will respond to you within 30 days" .... the ticket expires 3 days later, on January 5. ... Impossible for us to go to the park before this date. It is January 6th as I write these lines, I still have no answer for refunds.... in short.... flee this place! An absolute shame.....

We bought our tickets online for 4 (140 euros). When you arrive there, you are told that you still have to queue because you can only enter if other people are leaving (the maximum number of people has been reached). We were in the rain, soaked. After an hour, we capitulated because the line was not moving. No choice but to come back and try your luck the next day. Or we suggest you go to Walibi instead, while it's pouring rain. It's scandalous

Very overcrowded - meaning that most of your time will be spend queuing for flumes rather than enjoying them. All the deckchairs are "taken" by people placing their towels on them at the beginning of the day - no one is actually using them at any point.

The rules (if you can find them on the site - they are very deeply burried) state that you can wear "bathing boxers" - this is false. You have to wear lycra shorts or you'll be turned away - or you can spend €€€ in their shop to buy the official shorts. Nice racket.

All in all, very expensive, crowded cash grab. Avoid.

We came one day when the park was full of people and it unfortunately degraded our experience.
The waiting time before entering Aqualibi was quite long as we had to wait for people to leave the park. Moreover the staff was cold and indifferent.
Once we entered, we were in line for about 30min for each new attractions, from 1:30pm to 5:30pm we were only able to do 4.
Then, despite our hunger, it was impossible for us to go to the cafeteria, given the gigantic line, we would have had to wait at least 1 hour.
Finally, to our surprise, the car park became paid (11€), Award I find high given the already significant cost of entry to Aqualibi (35€).
In short, I recommend against coming to Aqualibi during the summer holidays, favor a winter day on weekdays.
