Went there with the family. Very interactive museum, with audio guide, 4D movie, touch screen... Kids ( and adults) loved it and we recommend. A historical visit to a must see location where a significant of the European history occurred.

The majority of this museum is below ground, so do not think the entrance fee is just for an audio tour and to climb the stairs. This is the best history museum I have been to and my husband has dragged me too quite a...More

As we were staying quite close to Waterloo, thought this would be worth a visit. Unfortunately, on the day we went, there were coachloads of tourists and schoolchildren. The entrance fee to the museum was 21 and 17 Euros respectively. Seeing the long queues ,...More

It;s best visited after seeing the film with the description of the battle at the museum. As you walk up the steps of the lion mount you feel that this place is important for the whole of humanity as history was made here. There is...More

Go to the museum. Then go up here. Rent virtual-reality glasses to engage with what happen there as the view from the top is great. You can see so much and you can put the whole Battle of Waterloo into prespective from up there.
