We contacted Peter by email on a recommendation from a friend who had got her engagement ring from him.
Peter was very professional and put us at ease from our first call with him. I gave him details as to what I was looking for and he went and did some research on various options and prices.
We decided to make trip to Antwerp and we had various calls and messages with Peter beforehand. He was so easy to deal with and anything we asked he was glad to help or answer and questions we had.
When we arrived in Antwerp Peter spent as much time as we needed to go through the details I wanted for my ring. I would 100% recommend Peter to anyone who is planning a trip to Antwerp for an engagement ring. I got my dream ring made for me and I couldn’t be happier. The ring was shipped and arrived so fast with updates at every stage of the process.
We can’t thank Peter enough for his help and expertise.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Peter in November and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and service provided. He was affordable, trustworthy and helpful throughout the entire process. If you’re only going to visit one shop in Antwerp, go to Peter.

Peter was recommended by a Belgian friend who buys from him locally. From initial contact, Peter was friendly, knowledgeable and understood our needs straightway. I felt confident of making such an online purchase initially because of our friend but even without, I knew he was a quality vendor. Even when my daughter was struggling to get her VAT paperwork stamped at CDG, Peter was on the phone talking to the customs agent on our behalf. He is over and beyond. Could not recommend him enough! He is on WhatsApp so very easy to find and communicate with.

Thanks for making our beautiful wedding rings, Peter! My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our experience and purchase. Peter didn't act like a salesman, he simply listened carefully to our preferences and patiently helped us find something within our budget. The rings are even lovelier than we expected and he had them ready so fast!

I highly recommend this place!
Mr Peter is both very proffesional and kind person, he does not push to buy anything. Instead he answers every question and explains everything with a big passion.
Visiting his atelier was nothing more than a pleasure.

It's a pleasure to leave a positive review for the excellent service we have received from Peter Poussenier! We bought my fiancees engagement ring here, the design and quality is top draw. Peter is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain options and answer questions. As others have said, there's no pushiness at all which makes for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. We have just bought our wedding rings from Peter, this time remotely. I would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

What a great experience, with a lot of valuable informations. Mr. Poussenier took a lot of time to help us choosing the perfect diamond for my engagement ring. The ring itself is all handmade and looks perfect! We were so happy about the service and the quality, that we want to go back for our alliance rings.

I contacted Peter by email a few days before my husband’s trip to Antwerp. He was very kind and helpful. He sent me pictures and prices. He even looked for similar jewelry in order to give me more options. My husband felt very well attended and I loved my present. I would suggest that if you are interested in a particular piece to contact Peter in advance. If he doesn’t have it in his store, he can make it for you. Thank you very much Peter!

I just needed a small thing done , alteration of a ring for my wife to be . So not a “big” client ...They did a excellent job , made the ring shine again and all in a short period for a very fair price . True Antwerp hospitality and craftsmanship .

Peter Poussenier is fantastic. He taught us so much about diamonds and settings and metals. He is truly professional and friendly, he cares about your individual piece.
I am absolutely thrilled with the ring that he and his team made for me. A true artisan. I recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic ring or any jewelry. And at prices much more competitive than the surrounding retail stores.
