My fiancée and I wanted to buy our Diamond engagement ring in Antwerp and after researching about where to buy, the 5* reviews caught our eye and we decided to make a booking with L’Odyssee. We were not disappointed.
From the moment I made the booking we were greeted with a high professionalism and manner that made us feel excited about choosing. Itzik and his wife Lora are surely the most kind and beautiful people I’ve met in Europe! Lora (incredible woman) explained everything to us from the very beginning, answering questions before we even had thought of them, spending time with us (hours actually) to go through one by one exactly what we were looking for, working with our budget and patiently advising us in every step of the way. The prices are far below what you could ever pay anywhere else on the market and the quality of the diamonds exceeds regular retail shops. We never felt rushed or pressured in anyway and received we knew a highly professional opinion 100% of the time. From the hours spend looking at diamonds and choosing, to going with Itzik to watch the Diamond being placed in the ring, there was nothing but sincerity and no reason to question the integrity with the certificates and laser inscriptions. Lora and her husband made you feel calm and trusted at all times.
I have never had such an incredible experience like this before. The ring in the end was ABSOLUTELY EXACTLY what I wanted and fitted the budget. It was so personal, so memorable. The diamond that we hand picked we know every detail of it and the ring has never been previously tried by other customers in a regular retail store, these small things make the finished product so much more precious and valuable to us. I don’t know why everyone wouldn’t want to choose their rings like this???
We know where we will come when we need anything in the future related to jewelry. We walked in as customers, but walking out we felt like friends.

My first contact and purchase from l’Odyssee had been in 2015. I was more than impressed with their business ethics, consulting and service back then. Last month I went there again and was welcomed with affection. Although I had been in touch with Isaac over th ephone in last months. I boutght a brilliant diamond and some really nice gems like Saphire, Emerald, Tanzanite, Spinel, Rhodolite, Ametrine, Amethyst, Citrine. I intenden to be in and out of shop in maxímum 2 hours. But the mezmerizing collection of all these beautiful gems that Lora and Isaac showed me was so enchanting that I spent 6 hours looking through and selecting the gems. And during that time Lora was patiently explaining all that I had to know about these gems. And the most important part is that the prices were RIGHT. my personal experience is that you will not be charged unreasonably at l’Odyssee Diamonds. If you are in Antwerp and looking for Diamonds or colored gems I would recommend visiting them.

Itzik and Lora are not only a very cute couple but also are very creditable diamond and gem dealer ✅. Although I didn’t do any preparation for diamond (as I didn’t know I am going to get one on our first visit to their office😛), they are so patient to spent the whole afternoon with us for pick the perfect one which suit me the best, Lora explained to me everything I need to learn and understand about the GIA standards and the differences between the diamonds shapes, she was very considered and always had in mind my needs. On our second visit and third visit, Itzik was also very patient and super helpful to not only provide me new choices after I changed my mind about the shape of the diamond I want. But also took lots of time to teach us verify the authenticity of a diamond. Both of them are so nice and super friendly, nevertheless they are very credible people who I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase all my future luxury jewelries from them, even probably without actually visiting the office cus I truly trust them. They are not only doing business at the center of the diamond world, they are also pouring their lifetime effort on this from the love and passion they have towards beautiful diamonds and gems, with the caring heart for their customers who I believe many of them become friends afterwards. I feel very happy and satisfied about this great experience.

I went with fiancée to choose a Diamond for her ring and I was really impressed with the professionalism and attention to the customer. Lora made everything really clear and helped us to choose the best Diamond for our ring in our budget and my fiancée loved it. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone choosing diamonds.

After purchasing our engagement Diamond and ring here we can back a second time to Belgium to get our wedding bands. I sent Lora and Itzik the design I wanted and they sourced the exact Diamond color and size to make my wedding band personalized and made to fit with engagement ring. They are so helpful and personal which is why we keep coming back! I love getting to see the process of the rings made and the prices are far better than a retail store in other cities in the world. If you want personalized quality for your money, this is the place to come! Thank you Lora and Itzik for going out of your way for us to make our rings so meaningful and special!

l'Odyssee Diamonds & Gems is the only place to purchase high quality diamonds & rare gems!
The owners provided excellent customer service and were very patient explaining the 4 C's of diamond ratings to me. They hand crafted an unique setting for my diamond earrings. It is highly recommended to make an appointment to have quality time and attention selecting your diamonds and precious gems.

Such a great experience designing wedding band and eternity rings with Lora and her husband Isaac.
nothing was too much, everything ran so easily and i would highly recommend them for any of your diamond or jewellery needs.

Fantastic shop! Really great support all the way from picking the stones to deciding on the final designs. I visited twice in a period of 3 years. In both cases, Itzik and Lora spent so much time helping and educating every step of the way and honestly I can’t imagine buying diamonds from anyone else. Highly recommended and definitely an experience not to be missed!

If you're looking for an engagement ring, or any gem as a matter of fact - LOOK NO FURTHER! this is the place you want to go to!
Isaac and his lovely wife Lora, did the unimaginable and helped me pick a ring even shortly after the closing hours. I came all the way from Amsterdam to Antwerpen and due to the traffic jams, I arrived shortly after 1700. Nevertheless, I got the highest level of treatment and in no time we managed to pick up the best gem and also the ring itself. Eventually their son, Shai, helped me set the stone on the ring and as a bonus I even got some marriage advice!:)
