We visited this wonderful shop on our biking and barge trip in 2024. One of our group of three set up an appointment in advance for us to visit. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Lora and Itzik were incredibly patient as we looked through so many shiny things!! There was no pressure at all to purchase and it truly felt as though they really just wanted to make sure we were happy! Lora has an intuitive way of knowing our different styles and taste and would suggest baubles she thought we would each like. We found some wonderful stones to bring home with us and the process was super easy! While we spent pretty much the entire day with Lora and Itzik we never felt pressured and we look back on this experience with great fondness. In fact, when we decided many month later that we needed more shiny things, Lora was happy to ZOOM with us to show us what kinds of stones they had for us to choose from. All around a five star experience and we plan to go back to Antwerp the next time we need gems! We know we were offered the best price and I can't say enough how delightful the entire process was!!

Owners Itzik and Lora are just genuinely wonderful couple who operates their business with heart and passion. My wife and I drop by their office 4/2 on an impromptu visit without prior appointment. Lora was very accommodating as Itzik was busy at the time; subsequently, Itzik joined in the fun. Lora was very patient in educating us about what we should look for in looking for the right gem stone. There is something about this couple that made one feel at ease and comfortable even though we are sitting in front of a vast array of precious stones. We must have sat with them for close to 3 hours and each every minute gets even more interesting than the previous.
