There was NO brochure. The speaker system blared out terrible music. I moved to the front of the ship to get away from it. There was no discussion of the harbor. I realize that the harbor and the town are separate from each other and that this could not be an inner city canal cruise, but something could be said... More

Pleasant cruise and excellent buffet by outside caterers BUT, after the fireworks, our boat was left stationary on the river for almost an hour. THEN we were disembarked on a pontoon (with no guard rails) on the opposite bank of the river also for almost an hour with no staffmember knowing how or when we would be transported back to... More

While in Antwerp on Sunday 10 July to admire the large sailing ships participating in the Tall Ships Race 2016 we were happy to discover there was a special Flandria tour at the time of the “Parade of Sail”, the solemn departure of the vessels on their way to Lisbon. The tour was well worth the 15€ per person, with... More

We never imagined that the port is so huge and it was interesting to see all activities that we're going on. in order to appreciate it one should take the tour during the week days rather than weekend. This 3 hour tour is good value for money. The guide was knowledgable and could converse in four languages. He made a... More

Be aware that the tour is great on a sunny day. On a rainy day, you don't have a lot of opportunity to enjoy the views on the outside deck. Inside, the boat is dated and not really enjoyable. The harbor tour takes you in between cargo vessels, ships, large container ships, oil refineries, and a lot of other very... More

It was a beautiful, sunny day in Antwerp so my husband and I took advantage and took a 2.5 hour boat tour of the port. We moved here about six months ago. It was very interesting learning about the second largest port in Europe! I now know where they store all the cacao, coffee, and malt! The trip was comfortable... More

We took a 1,5 hour tour on Sunday morning of the Antwerp terminals. It was lovely, especially having a narrator explain what we were looking at. However, it was all in Flemish, so tough luck for anyone who does not understand Flemish/Dutch! Still, if you do, it's highly recommended.

If you want to get under the skin of Antwerp, a 2.5-hour boat ride through the docks is the way to do it. Bridges need to be opened to let the tour boat pass. The tour guide offers clear explanations fluently in four languages. He has a fine sense of humor and is not overbearing. Great for families. Front of... More

It was hot, it was Sunday, Antwerp was closed for the triathlon so we decided to do something different and away from the city so we opted for the 3 hour port cruise. You get your tickets from the Flandria van at the bottom of the gangway (card and cash accepted) and board. The commentary was in 4 languages, drinks... More

We did the 50 min trip around the harbour. The commentary was not in English, but we were given an English information sheet for the route which explained everything. It was interesting to learn a bit more about the city and also to sit out in the sun and take photos on the top deck. Interestingly enough, we were also... More
