We've visited here several times, and here we are again ☺️! We stopped in for a pint and although it was empty, we had plesent time. the service was fast and the bar was clean. They have a wide selection of beers to choose from. Cheers 🍻

Visited this bar based on previous reviews on tripadvisor. Found a great range of beers on offer with pleasant and helpful staff, worth a visit.

I went here with friends because apparently we English can't cope with being apart from anything that resembles our local longer than a few days. Great atmosphere with extremely friendly, attentive and humorous staff who provided me with an entirely too large glass of wine (perhaps because I was the only female in a group of four males and they felt sorry for me). We made two trips here, our second being to take advantage of the Sunday burger deal (every second burger is 50% off). I've not had a burger taste as good anywhere else. It was so big I could barely touch the fries, and I would certainly consider it good value for money even without the deal. Great atmosphere, great music, great place.

The Fiddler has a large selection of beers of all different types. It is a huge venue with plenty of tables and places to sit. Seemed like a mostly tourist / expat crowd.

With more than 200 bottles of beer and 18 beers on tap a real beer pub. They have a number of hand pomps with their own beer. Food is basic but good. The service is not the best but we ordered directly at the bar.

Almost had to order and prepare the table myself. When i asked a waiter if i could order some food she told me to order at the bar. At the bar a very sleepy the guy handed me the silverware. Waited like 20-30 mins for the food but it was really good. The beer was good too and a huge selection.... For what they actually have is a mystery. I ordered like 3 types, they didn't have them lol wtf

In all honesty we usually avoid English pubs abroad because they are often awful, but came here because it was the nearest affordable place to eat to our hotel.
While the building was much like a Wetherspoons, there was no TV (thankfully) and the atmosphere was really friendly - clearly used by locals and visitors alike. There was a great range of beers and wines on offer - and the food was well cooked and interesting (even the veggie options).
The music was played at the right volume - so you can hear it but without it interfering with your conversation.

Great range of ale on tap, from blonde through red to darker stout. Friendly atmos. Made 2 trips, as there were so many to try. Disappointed when the bouncer asked us to leave, but then we realised it was actually 2 in the morning.

Great location, great service, great choice of beers. We used this as a stop off on the way to a dinner. It's a great place for a break on a hot trek around the town. We didn't eat there, but the snacks looked good.
