Typical science museum with your usual displays, nothing innovative or surprising here. Indeed some of the displays are very old-fashioned (samples of food under glass, videos which you can activate by pressing a button, etc). Not all of the displays worked. I think if you have been to NEMO in Amsterdam you will not be so easily impressed by this place which is clearly not at the same level. I also found the staff in the gift shop rather rude and unfriendly.

The museum is interesting for children of all ages, every child will be surprised at something, will not want to leave for a long time. Sometimes it was a little boring. But in general, we would recommend visiting this museum, in addition, it is located next to the Scheveningen beach.

The museon is a very informative museum.
The main focus is on climate change covered in many subjects during the exhibitions.
There’s lots of interactive things to see and do for kids.
Adults can browse many of the exhibits.
We did spent five hours at the museum and still hadn’t seen everything.
Downstairs there’s a kids type of interactive exhibit on NASA/ outer space and a beautiful exhibition of National Geographic pictures.
Upstairs there’s lots of exhibits on various subjects like climate change, Greenland, Arabic culture etc
There’s a questionnaire type of game kids or even adults can playthat covers many of the exhibits.
The great thing is all info is both in Dutch and English. Even the interactive things are in two languages.
Both kids and adults can have a great time at the museon!

This place is great for kids of all ages, safe for small ones and educative for the older ones. One thing which was really strange is the cafe. They serve deep fried junk in a place which is created predominantly for kids. I wouldn't give this s**t to my dog.

This is a nice museum to visit. It is not too big and can easily be visited in 1 to 2 hours. Right at the entrance is already an enormous skeleton of a sperm whale as well as interesting art features. The museum is divided into two levels. The upper level has many exhibitions on the goals set by the United Nations to improve the world. The lower level is divided into a space exposition detailing how astronauts live and travel, while the rest of the floor is taken up by a beautiful National Geographic photo gallery, featuring breathtaking nature shots. There are many activities for children and most explanations are also in English. There is also a small cafe and gift shop. In general, a very interesting small museum to visit.

Current exhibit of National Geographic photos disappointed by featuring almost exclusively white, male photographers - literally only one man of colour and one white woman in the entire collection of 50+ photographs. One of the UN sustainable development goals is gender equality; practice what you preach.

Otherwise, the museum offers an interesting concept outlining the UN's 17 goals for sustainable development through a variety of medium and content areas (arts, geography, science/tech, anthropology, etc.) Seems perfect for a school outing, though would recommend for older children (at least age 8, but ideally even older).

It is a science center. Before the entrance, there is a small restaurant where you and your family can have some light snacks & drinks.
Staffs were friendly.

During our visit, there was a "space travel"and National Geographic largest lanscapes exhibitions on the ground floor. They have also set up a very small ""space playground" Young children love them.

There were a few interactive area, one of them was you could laid down on some big cushions to watch the launch of the rocket and seeing yourself "floating" in space shuttle. Fun for the family.

On the second floor, you get to see "the past" I love them.

Overall experience, i feel there is a lack of logic flow.

It could be said that this museum concerns adults and children. From the national geografic's photos to the multistands in the upper floor, your will enjoy the time. Outside you have benches to rest or eat!
