I've gone here regularly for the last year and can highly recommend it. The different therapists are all highly skilled and deliver on their de-stress and sports massages. They listen to complaints and are honest when massage is not the remedy, but recommend pyhsiotherapy for example. The massages lead to an awesomely relaxed state that carries you through the day.

I enjoyed an amazing combo (foot massage and a sports massage) with Monica! She really knows what she is doing. She managed to give me a very deep and firm massage which is exactly what I needed. I will definitely come back for another treatment. And I will recommend the place to my friends! Thanks!!

I had a mostly pleasant experience. I tried this place because my usual one was fully booked for August. A few things that Massage Sense does differently from other places that might warrant the 5 stars: they ask for what type of oil and scent you want. The therapist was attentive and checked in periodically. The place is clean as most of the other reputable places, the ambience as you’d expect. A few disappointments: too much oil (not heated) was applied that I had to shower afterwards. The therapist’s hands were cold. I also expected the sports massage to be harder /deeper but I had to ask the therapist to do so. It didn’t loosen things up or feel as relaxing as my usual. This place states that they do an intuitive massage, but asking for what you want is not intuitive. In the end I was given a new customer voucher for the next appointment but that would still be 16€ more than my regular place. Without the discount it would be 26€ more with the flexible booking.

We are happy that your experience was mostly pleasant, and we are also grateful for the insights that will allow us to keep improving and providing excellence to all our guests.
The oil our therapists use is their personal choice, and they usually have 2/3 options (with and without scent). Offering the choice to clients is just a small courtesy that we may (when possible) do.
It's great that this small detail caught your positive attention.
During Summer time, we do not always keep the oils warm (except for coconut, that needs to be previously melted).
Some oils are indeed more intense, and we understand that it's a very personal preference wether or not the client enjoys a massage with more or less quantity. We are sorry to hear that you found it too much.
It is our standard procedure to always ask what is expected from the session, as well as desired pressure, and specific areas to focus, since with time we learned that sometimes clients feel shy to state their wishes, which may lead to a less satisfying experience.
The therapists may intuitively sense the need for a stronger pressure on a specific area, but the client may not be able to handle it, or even prefer to focus somewhere else. This way we made it a routine to keep checking on the client's needs, as this will also make them feel more comfortable to communicate with us.
We regret to hear that this comes as a negative point in your overall experience.
Starting a massage with cold hands is definitely not what we consider part of an excellent experience, therefore this will brought up to the therapist, as well as reinforced to the whole team.
Your feedback is very well received, and we are grateful for the opportunity to keep serving our clients with an excellence focused service.

I had a fantastic sport massage today at Massage Sense in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere from the expert hands of Tsvetelina. She took the time to address my specific issues. I felt listened and greatly taken care of. I highly recommend her and the place.

I called in the afternoon to book a session, but they were complete. Then, some minutes after, they contacted me back as one place was free at the evening, so it was a great attention service.
About the massage, it was so good. The ved, the music, the oil, the facilities are high standard. Their internet info is very easy and clear.
Nancy made a great massage, specially in my shoulders, that were quite tense.
I will definitely come back and refer to my people to do so.

We are regular customers of Massage Sense and have a great experience every time.
The team of qualified therapists offers a range of types of massage, from gentle and relaxing to a rigorous, therapeutic sports massage, so there is something for everyone. They are always happy to tailor the pressure based on how you are feeling that day.
The premises are warm, cosy and inviting. Cannot recommend it enough!

For my GF's birthday we did the "Massage Class for Couples" workshop, which was given by Zuzana. Making the appointment all went smooth. It was a super relaxed and insightful workshop, alongside which a few little philosophical bits were sprinkled in here and there. We both had a great time. A gift that keeps on giving. Thanks, Zuzana!

Another wonderful massage at Sense by their friendly and professional masseuses. Despite of Covid-19 it was possible to have a duo massage together with my friend who is 17 weeks pregnant. While she enjoyed the pregnancy massage I enjoyed a mix of sport and relax massage beneficial for my body. I am looking forward to next time!

I visited The Hague last weekend and sought a massage after developing tight shoulders (desk work) and a pained left knee (from running). It took me a little while to find a reputable establishment with availability - and so I wandered along to Massage Sense.
The lady (Zuzana) talked to me for a while about the areas on which she should concentrate and encouraged me to speak up if the pressure, etc wasn't as I wanted.
The environment was clean and relaxing (after hiking up the three flights of steep stairs, that is) and Zuzana correctly identified the areas - and reasons - for my tight muscles (poor posture when at my desk; ancient running shoes failing to support supination).
I went for the 90 minute massage (€60 + tip) and was very pleased with my experience - hence why I am writing this review..
This is definitely recommended - I am going back next time I'm in The Hague.
